The company addressed upfront all my questions about this research and responded timely to subsequent follow up questions. The experience/interaction with the AI research was good and felt quite natural.

I was very impressed on a few different fronts

1. The entire process was very smooth. No huge forms to fill out etc
2. The AI call was a revelation. There were a few moments when the follow up questions didn't take into account that I was being slow and thoughtful about my answers. Besides that, the AI call surpassed my expectations.
3. Payment was quick and smooth. No bureaucracy and massive form filling either.
