I was served by Dom, who was extremely helpful and friendly. He was able to quickly give detailed answers for any questions I had. Also recommended good shoe care products that he could personally vouch for, from first hand experience. On top of offering me such exceptional served I was impressed that he was able to at the same time give that level of service to other customers.

We were served by Arzoo in the Blackburn branch, and we were happy with the customer service.
We went to Clark’s to get my sons’ shoe size checked and she was very patient and caring towards him which was very nice considering he is autistic and has no speech, so found the whole situation unsettling.
However Arzoo gave him time to feel comfortable and did an amazing job.

The staff are great. We saw Gabby on our last visit. She was very kind with my daughter and listened to what my daughter was saying, not just talking over her to the parent as some people do.

Morgan was an excellent help today!!! I decided to treat myself to a new pair of shoes! Luckily for me there was some brand new stock calling my name. All around wonderful experience and couldn’t have done it without Morgan, they were so lovely.

Went to reading store and was greeted by Bryony who then went on to measure and correctly fit my Grandaughters shoes. I was a little put off as the last visit proved very disappointing where my granddaughter was wrongly fitted which resulted in very large painful blisters. Bryony has changed a negative visit last year into a very positive visit. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was served by Selorm at the Reading branch. She was amazing. I had gone in regarding an issue I had from a pair of school shoes I had recently purchased. She was extremely accommodating to my concern and was very helpful in resolving the problem. Big thank you again!

We saw Lucy (Reading Broad Street) today to get our son's first shoes. She was fantastic really lovely with him and gave us lots of advice about buying shoes for babies not just from Clarke's but in general so we knew that he'd have well fitted shoes. It was such a lovely experience. We'll be back for his next pair when he's ready.

Stevenya helped measure my baby’s feet and size up some shoes. Despite it being a busy Saturday, she was calm, friendly and patient. Hope she’s working when it comes to buying his next pair of shoes
