Lucy served me and gave everything I could have asked for in the way of advising, fitting and providing great service. Having had the absolute opposite the day before in the children’s shoe department of the neighbouring shop, I was thankful! Great Job Lucy!! I will bring my Grandchildren to Clark’s from now on as a result of you.

We were served by Maddi at the Reading branch. I took my 9 and 11 yr old to have their feet measured and purchase new shoes - a chore we all dislike. Maddi was very helpful and professional. We were dealt with quickly, tried on several pairs of shoes, and managed to chose two pairs of school shoes with minimum stress and faff. Maddi was lovely and I had every confidence in her service. My struggle for good shoes for my children ended today at Clark Reading branch with Cathy being fantastic. She is so polite, patient with children and even me. Encountering her has taught me alot to the extent that, I can even buy footware online for my 3 children. Mum loves the shoes and we will choose Clarks again. Thank you Cathy.

I always love to shop at Clarks Reading. People there is very professional and can give reliable advices on picking the right shoes. Today Bryong helped my son find a right pair. My son requires measurement for each of his purchase because he is growing fast. After measurement, he was undecided between two pairs of shoes and one size up or down. Bryong was very patient to offer all options for him to try. Meanwhile she gave professional advices so that he finally find the right pair without too much struggling. Clarks reading is always my 1st choice for shoes in the UK.

I usually cringe at the cost of Clarks shoes ,however I didn't think my latest purchase too bad! What made the visit good for me was that you don't get 'pounced on' by the sales staff ,which is a sure way to send me back out the door.... I was allowed to browse in peace ,and once happy a sale's person was at hand. Bryony,from the Reading branch,was pleasant, professional and courteous. Will definitely revisit clarks in the future.

Fast delivery to the shop for collection.
Clarks footwear is always comfortable.
Only negative is if you buy online and pay through Klarna you can't return to the shop it has to be returned online and you pay for postage.

I went into clark’s yesterday to buy my 2 year old son some shoes. Staff were very helpful and helped us find shoes perfect for my son and his condition that he has with his feet. Cathy assisted us and she was very kind and bubbly and listened to us very well as we was explaining everything.

Gabby the lady who served me today 20/05 in Reading was really friendly and helpful, but sadly, I’m going to have to refund the lovely white trainers I bought as they’re a little uncomfortable around the ankles

The sales assistant Dom made the shopping experience fun and positive with his bright positive attitude. His happiness was so contagious that both my mum and left the store with smiles on our faces. He helped in my finding the perfect size for my shoes as well as told us about extra products to help maintain the shine which I also bought. The shoes were very comfortable and I have to say that Clarkes never falls short when it comes to qualities for shoes.

Gabby in the store went out of her way to find size/colour for our daughter's trainers even when the "system" said there was none, she double checked and finally got exactly what was needed. Great service, thanks
