Izzy served my 13 year old grumpy daughter with the upmost or respect and professionalism, getting her chatting and thank fully finding a pair of school shoes which she liked. Thank you Izzy !

The lady was very helpful on the till fantastic service I had after a bad day.

We were greeted very warmly on arrival by all staff, Kareena was attentive, friendly and so kind to my little boy who was not happy about having his feet measured! I wouldn’t say there is necessarily a huge range of nice boys shoes but we found a nice pair and would return just for the staff!

We had an issue with some previous Clarks trainers for my daughter and Amna dealt with it immediately, and provided such good customer service as she helped us buy four more pairs of shoes for our daughters. Thank you Amna!

The friendliness was very good and the person who served us was very helpful.

Hannaf was really good with our 4 year old daughter and managed to get her feet measured, no easy job!

I went into the Reading store today and had a great experience. I took my 3 year old daughter to get a new pair of shoes. On entering the children’s section I was met by staff member ‘Noah’ who asked if we wanted any help. He was excellent with my daughter, did a great job measuring her feet and was extremely helpful and kind. We will be back again for the next pair of shoes. Thank you

Friendly service without the hard sell, which was appreciated. We were helped by Emily, who was gentle with my baby’s first measurement, and gave advice for prewalkers. We’re happy to let me browse and I ultimately bought from the sale section without any pressure to try anything else.
