Save your money-hopefully they get better!
Unfortunately after shopping with this company for a little over a year in a half. I have come to my senses. I generally have spent $300 every other month for my purchases with them. I am pretty loyal, thus I try to give chance after chance because mistakes happen and with an oversees company and "human hair", quality will vary. Furthermore. The customer service reps historically worked with me to resolve issues, not perfectly but at least to some satisfaction.
For the past 6 months the quality has lessened as has the customer service. Furthermore, random reps would email me asking if I was ready for another order. Within the last 6 months, I have received the wrong texture of hair, decreased density -as if the hair was a month old-, excessive shedding to the point handfuls of hair falls out even after securing the knots and gentle handling.(note this is straight hair-not curly or kinky). My last order topped the cake. I purchased a custom unit and got rushed shipping. First "rushed" shipping" was a month in a half and only was shipped after I checked on the unit. I received it within days of checking and to my dismay this unit was a disaster. Given I needed it because I waited a month in a half I did not return it and had to use it. Note this unit had terrible density (this unit appeared have density like it was a 3 month wear), they changed the cap without notifying me there was a change in their normal product, the cap was NOT full lace, and the silk top was poorly crafted. Furthermore, the shedding was abominable. (the pictures of this unit say it all). I shared my complaint and was offered a measly $25 off and for them to do a repair for free if it as within 3 months but I'd have to pay for shipping. Now come on! I paid $330 and you offer $25 off my next purchase!! Really! There was some negotiation but it came down to like $40 off my next purchase. First off, the repair is already offered to EVERY customer if you look at their policies; they offer a repair within 3 months. In fact I had to utilize this about 2 months ago when they sent me the wrong textured unit with poor density. (Keep in mind YOU have to pay for shipping. AGAIN). At any rate, NO MORE. I urge you to SAVE your money and see if they make improvements before going with this company!!! Don't be insane like me and keep with a company for little discounts and familiarity. You work hard for your money, and this is NOT an investment that will pan out.
