This is by far my best online purchase ever. This hair is so soft and took color very well. I've had it on now for a little over 3 month and little to no shedding at all. The lace is amazing ,That alone deserves a hand clap. I definitely recommend and about to order another to dye the full unit and have a different color

This wig is very thick! When I ran my fingers through it, I didn't can't any shedding. True to length and doesn't have a bad smell when I took it out of the packaging. Best wig I've bought so far. Can't wait to customize and install it!!

Purchased a raw 20 inch Italian curly frontal which turned out to be a frontal with synthetic fibers . I was willing to return the frontal back all I asked for was a refund . The raw Italian frontal was for a replacement on my raw Italian curly wig I purchased from them. This is now the second time they’ve gotten over on me . My business with them is officially over .

Bait and switch. A couple of days after ordering a 360 kinky straight frontal, I got an email offering to send me a wavy frontal instead. When I said I didn't want a wavy frontal, they said I would have to pay an extra $40 to get a custom-made 360 kinky straight frontal I ordered. I declined. One star for promptly issuing a refund. Very frustrating--they should either indicated the piece is "sold out" or up the price $40.

Stay away from this company unless you want to be a victim of bait & switch. What they advertise is not what you get. Scammers & they will not refund your money.

I have been ordering from Nana for about 4 years they have the best hair I found on this website I always mention before the install I always do a really good deep conditioner on my weaves which is needed no mater where you get your bundles from I always get compliments on this hair it holds a curl and it gets bone straight.

This is the best hair I’ve ever ordered ， Shipping was very fast.. it took about 2 days. I’ve been wearing the hair for 3 month now and I haven’t had tangling. The ends of the hair aren’t dry like most hair , The hair shedded a bit but that’s because I cut my tracks! Overall I love this hair so much! I will be ordering again! thanks Nana

I am SUPER loving this hair. Let me say that first of all, I have paid ridiculously high prices for hair that isn't nearly as good as this hair. I love the wash and wear look and the get up and go look. This hair gives me both. It is super soft. Doesn't really tangle. Has a lot of curly. And, it looks 100% natural! I am too excited and know for sure that I will not be purchasing hair from anyone else as long as the price is as good as it is. The hair itself is the business and I promise I do not regret my purchase. I made my hoodie especially for the date that I got my hair done. looooove NANA HAIR

I’ve order this multiple time and my last order lasted 2 years. The feel of the hair is amazing, no smell, it has not been co-wash i feel there’s no need to. It doesn’t look real think but i think it’ll be perfect.

I have been a customer of nana hair for over 8 years. The only think i would say that has changed over the years is the density of the hair. But thats expected with longer bundles. The hair is AMAZING and always has been, and can last you up to 3 years if you take care of it like its your own.

Omg! I promise you, this hair is absolutely amazing ! the texture is so soft it's almost like touching water , so light weight and silky it's unbelievable - I literally screamed. I’ve been ordering from Nana for over 2yrs now and the past few months have been horrible. First, they have been taking 2 weeks to ship out my wigs. Then they continue to come back a week after I place my order stating that they didn’t charge me a shipping fee and they can’t ship until I pay. They are unapologetic when they make mistakes like that. I’ve asked to converse with the manager/owner to voice my concerns and they literally ignore my request. Whenever I email to check on the status of my order they act as if I’m bothering them. Their customer service sucks. They all act like they hate servicing your needs. They are short and rude when they email you. The hair sheds and the curly hair tangles easily. This company is going downhill.

Colored hair gets tangled and knotted, order at your own risk because, they will not refund your money. I believe they pay people to gave them excellent reviews!!!

I ordered a colored wig it arrived in 3 days the hair was soft but after 3 weeks the hair becamed very tangled I washed and conditioned the hair and it tangled and knotted even more. I know how to care for hair. This product was terrible and I feel as though I was ripped off and over charged for poor quality hair.I emailed the company and informed them I will never buy from them again. I was asked to send them pictures so I did and still waiting for a response from them about their colored 1B dark roots #613 over price crappy human hair wig!

UPDATE*****Nana Hair emailed me offering to send me a new bundle so the wig could reinstalled said I am not interested how about a refund so never again Will I order from them!!!!
