No hanging on the phone for hours
They answered the phone in a couple of minutes.
The hole call was completed in 5 minutes and they were helpful and sounded happy to help.

Second time lucky... I suppose
Good customer service after my second attempt at renewing my policy. When my initial policy was about to expire, the customer service representative stated that I had to pay the full amount immediately. After letting this expire and renewing yesterday, the rep let me pay in two installments - but charged me £25 to do so.

Easy to deal with and a great price. I came back to classic as last year I broke down and they got me back from John o Groats to Swansea when the AA wouldn’t. Great service great price and easy to deal with.
