The lady I spoke to was a genuinely nice, understanding human being with a personality, who spoke to me normally. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in their system, which she warned me of and when it failed in the middle of renewal, she said she'd ring me back. As promised, she did and then everything was completed. If only all car insurance companies were so pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant, i was struggling to find brand new insurance on a car imported from the USA , Dodge charger hell cat SRT red eye! This was all new to us, also being left hand drive & it being a High performance & expensive car i knew it would be more specialised. I phoned several companies & still didn’t come away with a quote. I thought surely everyone has to start somewhere & there must be someone out there! Then i came across classicline who from the start of the call was so helpful & clear about the whole policy i just felt she was experienced & before i knew it i was provided with a very reasonable quote i went ahead straight away & everything has been smooth since. After buying my new 1930 Model A Hotrod with a big Chevy V8 engine I thought I would do some research to see who was coming out as a highly recommended insurer and Classicline were the company that were rating really high.
From my initial call to having the policy in place took only 10 minutes and was extremely straightforward. The telephone representative was very professional ( shame I didn’t make a note if his name) and made everything so smooth and to my surprise the premium was amazingly cheap with some really good and useful add ons incorporated within the low price.
I 100% cannot recommend this company for price, service and professionalism.
