CleanBee Avis 

Booked a bathroom clean. Arrived an hour late and used heavy duty spray machine which lifted the chrome on new toilet which is ruined. They also used the same heavy duty spray machine on wood panelling (which only needed dusting) lifting the paint down to the bare wood. When I contacted the company in writing, I never received a response. Repairs to panelling and new chrome fittings needed to rectify their work.

A very easy experience from start to finish. The website was very easy to navigate, great special offers which I availed of, very competitive. I asked a question online and got an immediate response with a quote. No time wasting. Vadym team were great, courteous and very professional. CleanBee is an absolute fantastic cleaning company. They did an amazing job and the two lovely men that came to my home were outstanding . So nice and gentlemanly to deal with. The ovens are like brand new and I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone. Amazing service 😬

Extremely poor service and hugely overpriced.

I would not recommend CleanBee based on my experience. We paid over €200 for 2 separate 2-hour cleans, and the standard of service was nowhere near acceptable for that price.

After one of the cleans, we discovered black stains had been left on the cream carpets in THREE separate bedrooms. There were also countertops that hadn't been wiped down and an entire bathroom was left untouched. The actual cleaning provided was extremely basic - largely wiping down some surfaces and hoovering, and certainly not reflective of what we paid.

On another visit, the cleaner turned off our fridge, which resulted in a leak/stain across our kitchen floor. We contacted CleanBee to explain what had happened, yet received no apology, no acknowledgement of the issue and not even the courtesy of a response.

To make matters worse, we had paid the cleaner €200 in cash on the day, yet CleanBee subsequently chased us for an "outstanding payment". When I explained that the cleaner had already been paid and again raised what had happened with the fridge, there was still no meaningful response or apology.

Mistakes can happen, but what really stands out to me is the complete lack of customer service when problems were raised. Black marks left across three bedroom carpets, a fridge switched off, areas of the house not cleaned, and then being chased for money we had already paid.

For the price they charge, I expected a thorough, professional cleaning service. What we received was an extremely basic clean, damage/mess that wasn't there beforehand, and very poor customer service afterwards.

What I found particularly disappointing was the very limited scope of what they actually consider “cleaning.” When I raised the issues, I was told that simple bin emptying in the kitchen isn't included, bathrooms only receive a “wipe down and dusting,” (which they failed to do in one bathroom) and when asked why there was stuff left in the sink, they said they won't remove any items from the sink. Bed linen changing is also an additional €10 per bed. For the prices they charge, I find this incredibly poor value. These aren't unreasonable expectations of a professional house-cleaning service, and the fact that such basic tasks are excluded should be made much clearer to customers before booking.

An absolute rip-off for the level of service provided. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Bohdan from CleanBee did a fantastic job in our kitchen. I wanted him to concentrate on the cooker/ovens, the tiles on the splashback, the floor tiles & the kitchen cabinets & he did all of these & more! I’m very happy with the results & feel like I have a new kitchen! He worked extremely hard while he was here & was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

I got 2 chimneys swept - extremely thorough job by Serj - scary the amount of soot he got down from the chimneys. Absolutely no mess in the house afterwards. Arrived on time. Don’t bother looking elsewhere for this service.

I booked CleanBee for my oven. Exception job, will definitely use again.

I booked in for a stairs and landing clean plus a rug. A father and son duo arrived 20 minutes late. The father disappeared and left the teenager to do the job.
The job was supposed to take 1.5 hours, it took the teenager 3 hours to complete which left me missing an appointment.
I was also asked for an additional €20 if I wanted the areas dried!!!
Definitely wouldn’t recommend and would not use Clean Bee again. The language barrier was also an issue.

I contacted this company to get a quote for a deep clean at my home in Clare, (from their website "with nationwide coverage") which I told them from the outset. They quoted me, in detail, and asked for my eircode and address, which I duly sent them. There then followed a series of emails, asking me who I was, what their quote was etc. They then said that No - they could not oblige, ever. What kind of an excuse of a cleaning company is this? Stay clear

I booked a full house clean I had Darius Team look after us. The house is absolutely sparkling inside and out. Every area and surface both inside and out has been cleaned patio , windows doors floors , stairs upholstery oven , bathrooms bedroom , every area .An extremely competent hard working team . I would highly recommend this service .

I honestly cannot recommend Team Yullia enough! I was a little worried at first as I hadn’t used them before, especially as the 4-bedroom house was in really bad order and needed a full deep clean. But I absolutely didn’t need to worry!

They literally didn’t stop from start to finish and the results were amazing. The standard of cleaning was excellent, and they were so helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was also fantastic friendly, professional and reliable.

They completely transformed the house and went above and beyond to get everything looking spotless. I’m so impressed with the results and would highly recommend Team Yullia to anyone. 5 stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Serj and Helen were incredible. I am more than satisfied with the service I received. I live in a home that was built in the late 1800's and it is a dusty and old place...beautiful too. Helen turned the place into a sparkling palace. I said to myself ...how can I treat myself...a spar treatment...no what about a deep clean of my house. Best decision ever. I felt like I was in one of those before and after shows. Highly recommend CleanBee and top marks to Serj and Helen.

Very poor service, cleaning wasn’t part of their day

Avoid this company, they are complete scammers. They charged me for a deep clean, house was left filthy, had to clean it myself afterwards. They told me they would give me a partial refund but never did, and have continued to completely ignore my attempts at contacting them.

They did an amazing job! Serj and her team were professional and thorough, exceeding my expectations. I will definitely use again.

Excellent service. I was going to get a new oven and grill but I decided to try this first. The guys did an excellent job. My oven looks vrand new, it is amazing. It is also working so much better. I would definitely recommend.
