Avoid this company, they are complete scammers. They charged me for a deep clean, house was left filthy, had to clean it myself afterwards. They told me they would give me a partial refund but never did, and have continued to completely ignore my attempts at contacting them.

They did an amazing job! Serj and her team were professional and thorough, exceeding my expectations. I will definitely use again.

Excellent service. I was going to get a new oven and grill but I decided to try this first. The guys did an excellent job. My oven looks vrand new, it is amazing. It is also working so much better. I would definitely recommend.

Very disappointing experience — poor cleaning and even worse customer service

We booked CleanBee for a medium deep clean of our newly purchased home, including carpet cleaning. We were incredibly excited to have the house professionally cleaned before moving in and used some of our wedding gift money to pay for the service.

Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. The carpets were left with visible stains, rough/crunchy areas and hard residue throughout. The website states that the carpet cleaning service would restore carpets to their best condition, but the carpets were nowhere near the standard we expected from a professional deep clean. We also found dirty marks still on bathroom walls and sticky kitchen cabinets that required us to clean them ourselves afterwards.

When we contacted CleanBee, we were asked to send photos, which we did. Rather than acknowledging our concerns or offering to inspect the work, the response was dismissive. We were told the photos did not prove the marks were there after cleaning and that the invoice had been signed off. The fact is that we had an empty house cleaned, we moved in the following evening, and we contacted them as soon as we discovered the issues.

What was most upsetting was the suggestion that the carpet marks may have come from our shoes. The house was completely empty when cleaned, the carpets were wet after the service, and nobody had been walking through the carpeted rooms before we moved in. To imply otherwise felt extremely unfair and insulting.

Mistakes can happen with any service, but what matters is how a company responds. We were not looking for an argument — we simply wanted the company to acknowledge that the clean did not meet expectations and discuss a reasonable solution. Instead, we experienced a defensive response and a lack of willingness to help.

After spending a significant amount of money on a service that did not deliver what was promised, we are left feeling very disappointed. We would not recommend CleanBee based on both the quality of the clean and the way our complaint was handled.

Team came on time and got to work straight away. The house has been empty for some months with damp and mold. They remove all of the smell and cleaned walls floors,windows, cupboard to give it a new life. I'm really happy with the outcome and will use there services again.100%

We had Hanna and her team to clean our house. They were very friendly and professional. They were punctual and time efficient. Cleaned the house to an excellent standard. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of Eduardo and his team last weekend and they were amazing. Arrived on time, walk through what was being done before and after leaving the house sparkling. I would highly recommend their services for anything from yearly clean or a top up.

Olena arrived on time and did a very thorough carpet clean, even completely removing some difficult stains! All this and has a very pleasant manner.

I cannot recommend Snezana highly enough! The team is incredibly professional, reliable, and thorough. They arrive exactly on time and always leave my house sparkling clean. It is such a treat to come home after they’ve been here. Five stars all the way!

Paid €780 for a deep clean before moving in, house emptied beforehand specifically to make their job easier. They didn’t clean the whole house, and asked for extra payment on site. The result: kitchen worktops, dining table, and cabinets still dirty and stained; cabinet corners never touched; kitchen extractor still greasy and sticky; radiators (included in the service) cleaned only on the outside, full of dust and cobwebs inside; cobwebs and stains everywhere, including on chairs; floors so dirty my daughter’s feet turned black walking barefoot. We have photos of everything.

On top of the poor quality: we still can’t bring our furniture into the new house, putting real pressure on us to vacate our current place.

Not recommended for a deep clean. Requesting a partial refund.

The team came on time; took their shoes off and put slippers on and proceeded to protect the floor and cupboard by the oven. They then started working; and when I say working I certainly mean it. My oven was in a terrible state as I had been incapacitated for 5 months and no-one had bothered to give it even a quick wipe after use. They worked quietly, cleanly and effectively for a couple of hours. When they finished the job, there was not even a drop of water anywhere on the floor and my ovens where sparkling. Unbelievable result and I would strongly recommend this company. Team Dima.

I had my bathroom cleaned on Friday and I was very pleased with the results.it was sparkling and the tiles came up great . I have a few jobs lined up for this week
I like the fact no harsh chemical smell .

The team that arrived were Natasha and two teenage children !!!

The oven and shower were clean,

But the rest of the kitchen left a lot to be desired

They didn't clean worktop properly. there were still faint food stains on it.

The floor didn't come up as clean as it should .

I had to clean both myself after they had gone ,

They skipped one unit completely .

They left a sticky residue on all the outside of varnished units .

It looks like I am going to have to varnish them again

I hired this cleaning company and had a great experience from start to finish. Eduard’s team was reliable, showed up on time, and did an excellent job — every corner of my home was spotless. They were also incredibly kind and professional throughout the whole process, which made the experience even better.

I’ll definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend Eduard’s team to anyone looking for a trustworthy, thorough cleaning service.
