Cleaners arrived 1h30 late for end of tenancy cleaning and did a very poor job. Do not use them.

I had my oven cleaned today and can't fault the service. I will never clean my oven myself! The result is fantastic. George arrived bright and early and took extra care in tidying up afterwards. I will definitely book him again after I have cooked all the Christmas meals (which tend to end up all over in the oven).

The cleaners turned up and did 70% of the clean, leaving a sitting room floor dirty and a second bedroom carpet not hoovered. Furthermore the cleaners left the flat main door wide open upon leaving, all lights left on and a fire exit door left open to the public. Shoddy service, rude staff, a re clean was booked and no one turned up. The staff have now blatantly lied to say the re clean was done the day before they booked it in but CCTV footage shows no one entering the flat and also no footage or log of anyone fetching access keys from concierge. The dirty floors are still there and I am being charged by the landlord to have them cleaned. This company is as dodgy and rude as it gets and I have all the evidence documented to prove it. Disgusting service.

Booked a week in advance for end of tenancy clean, used before and was fine, but they never showed, had been outside waiting, then took me calling off and on for another hour to find out they claimed they been at the property early and had waited and had a photo to prove, which they then couldn't show me, which was just infuriating, they rescheduled for later, surprise surprise, no one there and wouldn't answer the phone. Luckily sorted with Landlord. Never again. Stay well away. Total waste of time. So glad I didn't pay upfront.

I hired a gardening, rather than cleaning, service, and the two chaps turned up on time, were very polite, and very careful keeping the house clean as they walked through it to get between front and back gardens. They asked what I wanted done and then did it very well: mowing, weeding, trimming. My garden looks transformed now, and I consider it good value for money. Really pleased.

I paid £419. Clean happened 22nd 9am. They turned up and cleaned the house, but they forgot to do the fridge cleaning. Then they were meant to come back today (23rd) 3pm and decided not to turn up and now challenging me about fridge not being cleaned! what a rude team, due customer service, and zero work ethics in resolving 48 hours guarantee

SCAM.

My experience was very similar to other reviews.

This company are total con artists.

Long story short, charged me £234. Never turned up. Been chasing refund for 3 weeks. Can't get anywhere.

They also operate under several different names. Typical con.

I booked a cleaner from abroad to come and clean a London rental flat for my tenants who did not present it properly for estate agents visits. I warned that the flat was in dirty condition which justified my intervention.
They sent two cleaners who hardly touched the cleaning, did not do anything to toilets or try to remove limescale from showers, left obvious traces on the kitchen walls etc.
Once done, after just one and a half hours, they sent pictures which were hiding what was left undone, complained about the uncleanliness of the flat (why would I send them if it was fine ?) and refusing to give the keys back to the estate agent where they collected it until I had paid, risking to make them miss future tenant appointments. When I returned to the country, I checked the flat and nothing of what mattered had been cleaned. I did the cleaning myself since there was really nothing difficult to it and in three hours I did the double of what they had. I have now complained, and they built up the excuse that I had never asked for a professional clean but only for a domestic clean. With the price that I paid for just three hours of botched work, this is a silly excuse.
Stay away from this business: there are lots of better ones.

The worst cleaning company I have ever used.

At first - I thought they would be good. Pre clean service was good (informative, gave instructions for pre clean (eg turn off freezer etc)) but on the day, they were absolutely awful.

Windows left dirty, didn’t clean kitchen, toilets still had stains etc. They did do hoover and dusting but that is a weekly cleaner cost not an end-of-tenancy cost.

PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

AWFUL cleaning service. I hired them for End of Tenancy Cleaning and they did the worst job ever. Never seen such shabby cleaners and we were charged £199 for that. I would have done a far better job myself if I had the time to do so.

1. Limescale and water marks on bathroom taps, riser rails, plugs etc.
2. (Mould in the silicon) which may not come out from cleaning if it has been allowed to build up over a long period of time.
3. the rubber seal at the base of the shower screen in the main bathroom has not been removed to be cleaned
4. Shower plug was not removed during cleaning
5. Carpets do not appear to have been cleaned properly. There are dust marks all around the edges
6. Dust on skirting boards throughout the flat
7. Wooden flooring had also not been cleaned properly
8. Cushion covers for the sofa and chair do not appear to have been cleaned and were very dirty as per photos
9. Unit under the sink was also overlooked and not cleaned

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THESE CLEANERS

If you want your house cleaned don't go for this company. This is the series of events...

- Booked for 9am in September for a 'End of Tenancy' clean

- They didn't even show up until past midday!

- They insisted that we paid cash upfront

- Before I had got back home to my new property they had emailed saying they would no longer return to the property to re-clean if we were unhappy with the original clean even though they promised they would before we had paid

- I checked the property the next day and it was a joke. It hadn't been hoover or mopped. None of the cupboards had been cleaned. There were cobwebs everywhere. The toilets, baths and sinks had not been cleaned. The surfaces hadn't been dusted. Sadly, the list goes on & on. It looks like they'd spent about half an hour in the property!

- We complained immediately & they reassured us they would re-clean the property on the Tuesday.

- At 18.39 on the Monday they emailed us & withdrew the offer

- We said they needed to do it at the latest Wednesday morning as the new tenants wanted to move in on Wednesday evening.

- They refused to do this & are now ignoring our emails & calls.

Please do not use this company. They are scammers & I have reported them to Trading Standards. We have now had to pay for another cleaner to access the property on Wednesday morning on late notice & at great expense to us.

Please read the review below which also agree with what I have said & provide evidence that this is a scam. This company is officially dissolved & still selling a service!!!

Terrible, their cleaners appeared to steal from the house, they refused to assist us with trying to reclaim apparently stolen goods. The police are now involved.

Do not use EVER. Complete con artists. Find a reputable company because these people are straight up thieves.

Appalling customer service. I booked an end of tenancy clean and they cancelled the day of the clean citing a vehicle issue. There was no apology or offer of an alternative solution. I had to scramble to find another cleaning company last minute at a higher cost as the keys were due back the next day. Completely unprofessional.

Why didn’t I check trust pilot review first!! I have just been scammed out of £135 for an end of tenancy clean by two cleaners who did NOTHING. When booking it sounded great, 4 hour deep clean, oven fridge, washing machine etc.

Two people turned up with backpacks and hardly any equipment- I had more in my personal cupboard. An hour and a half later they claimed to be done... other than the floor looking wet and some streaky marks on the glass table - I can’t see what they did. We asked them to go back over spots we could clearly see weren’t done and they were rolling there eyes and suddenly pretending they didn’t understand when we had been talking in English perfectly fine when the arrived.

As a woman I found the man intimidating standing over me in my small hallway - and due to COVID he didn’t keep his distance so I simply paid just to get rid of them as I was worried.

We then had to stay back and clean the house ourselves (which can I add was in a good condition just not end of tenancy standard)

Will they refund me? Probably not. Wouldn’t even give me a receipt when I handed the money over.

I hope no one else is as silly as I am and books without checking on here!!

Unfortunately after my good oven cleaning review I am very disappointed today. I had arranged a deep clean before leaving my flat and the time was changed yesterday from 9am to 2pm due to illness but I was told other cleaners had been found. Then 2 hours before they were due I had a call to say they weren’t coming due to illness. Am fuming to say the least as I am moving properly and thought they were reliable so I’d avoid incase you’re let down last minute!

We have just had the carpets cleaned in bedrooms x4 living room and hallway. Reggie was the operative and did an excellent job and was a thoroughly nice man. Definitely will use again

A team of five cleaners came, at exactly the time we'd arranged, and cleaned our house from top to bottom. They were friendly, efficient, we talked through what they were going to do in each room and then they set to work, cleaning our three-storey house in two-and-a-half hours. They did a marvellous job.

Company is a scam DO NOT BOOK THEM. No show on the day of booking them after paying them £200 for an end of tenancy clean. The clean was re booked for another day but it was dismal and the agency had to get another company to re do the clean which they charged me for.

They will not deal with complaints Or give any compensation or refunds and the only way to contact them is via email, avoid at all cost!!!!!

The most horrible customer service ever. They cancelled 30' before the appointment that was reconfirmed by me the day before without making any effort to give me an alternative option and leaving me hanging and looking for another cleaning company on the day of my moving out. Never ever hire them!
