Thank you for your comment. I agree with you. We are NOT the cheapest cleaning service. We give value for money and we have a high standard of cleanliness. As they say: you get what you pay for. All the best. Mimmo
Terrible outcome
Nice team, terrible outcome. We had our sofa steam cleaned (vegemite and sticky finger stains), the steam cleaning ruined the fabric. Had to be recovered in the end.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologised and I apologise again for what my cleaners have skipped. As I'm very serious with my cleaning business and my customer's satisfaction is number 1 in my priorities, I recall that, the same day, I personally have driven for 1 hour to you, arrived at 8 pm and didn't leave until all was up to your satisfaction. I've even done more cleaning for you at NO cost to apologise to you but you are still upset because you wanted me to give you a discount. I'm sorry that you are still not happy but that's beyond my capabilities. I wish you all the best. Mimmo

Good job stress-free!
A really good job overall - took the stress out of getting our house ready for a quick sale! a couple of windows missed and a bent window frame prevented a 5 star rating.

Lost a potential new customer!
Having received an email requesting to rate Clean House Melbourne I've obviously made it to their mailing list just NOT on to their new customer follow up email/phone call list.
Emailed this company twice in September and still waiting for a reply!
Lost out on a new customer!

Thank so much Jodie for your open feedback. Honestly, I don't recall not answering your email and I apologise for the inconvenience. Sometimes, as you know, some emails go straight to our junk mail without our knowing. Unfortunately, I have NO control over that. I check that folder from time to time but not every day. Sorry for this inconvenience. If you are still needing help with your domestic cleaning, please reach out. I'll be happy to help you if I can. This is my email: cleanhousemelbourne@gmail.com. Sorry again. Mimmo
Reliable quality cleaners

More like a 2.5
More like a 2.5. They weren’t terrible, but they were average. We paid a large amount of money for a spring clean, which mostly seemed to involve giving the oven a quick wipe down, followed by spending a long time putting it back together incorrectly and in a way that damaged all the oven shelving. This meant the majority of the list of (roughly five or six) key areas of the apartment were left uncleaned. The owner of the business very kindly sent someone to finish the job the next day. But if you’re going to charge extra for a “deep, spring clean”, I expect a better quality clean and for the cleaning supplies to be supplied. Upon booking we were given an extremely long list of “required” cleaning supplies, which added significantly to the cost, which made it extra frustrating when most of them weren’t actually used.
Tl;dr: expensive, yet average, and my oven hasn’t been the same since. Would not recommend.
