I had an awesome experience with Clearcover, it was a simple process and my agent was very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and had me with insurance in less then 15 mins. I highly recommend this company.

Signed up through the Way app.

I originally signed up for Clearcover through the Way app. I went from $120 per month to $87 per month for full coverage. I was able to get emergency roadside, and went up 50k in insured amounts. Can't say anything bad so far about Clearcover.

I feel like my adjustor was trying very…

I feel like my adjustor was trying very hard to move the claim along and I appreciated her efforts. However everything seemed to be delayed. I don't think it was her fault but I wish it hadn't taken so long to settle. Linda was very kind and cooperative.

We moved from Geico after 14yrs due to their extreme rates. Good rates from this company hoping that we continue to have good service. Saw a review regarding not being able to get proof of insurance but I’m not sure why they can get it. It’s right there, the cards and you can download the actual insurance policy when you log into your account you don’t even have to look for it.

I have been attempting to get ahold of someone to have them call my local court and no one will call them back or me. All I need is verification of my old policy. That's all. I have Sat on hold several times , no one answers or calls me back.

Unresponsive Customer Service

My husband and I just switched to clear cover because it was a good deal, however we are extremely disappointed in their customer service! It is terrible! We have been trying to get a hold of someone on their customer service team for weeks and no one will answer the phone or respond to our emails. We need proof of our new insurance or we will be fined $600 and we can’t get a hold of anyone to help us! What’s going to happen if we ever get in an accident or need their help in the future? If we don’t hear from them soon, we are just going to find new insurance.

Chris is amazing second to none

It’s real real affordable and real dependable

I my homework when looking for insurance and I found it! Price, customer service, friendly staff, and affordable!! I can’t stop telling my family about it. Seems to good to be true but I assure you this company helps me sleep better at night. 24 hour road service had my flat tire fixed and I made it to work on time! That was my second day with Clearcover!!! Thank you for being who I can count on!! Customer for life!!!

Leaving Clearcover after two years

Had Clearcover for two years, zero claims. Yes, so inexpensive I bought the most expensive they had.

Last week, I had a simple request "Can I save money?" I called in - 10 minute on hold, only to get a recording to leave a voice mail. Nice. Left a message "please call" No response. Emailed "please call" No response. I just cc'd the CEO Kyle Nakatsuji "My next call is to get another insurance company."

Update - Now everyone is sorry after horse has left the barn. Client focus is an ounce of prevention...implement systems & processes in advance. Nobody is perfect but if you read my experience I gave’em THREE attempts. Judge the facts & evidence for yourself.

Switched to Clearcover after paying…

Switched to Clearcover after paying almost $200 with Progressive even after all the discounts with being with them accident free for 8 years. Now I’m paying a little over $100 for the same exact coverage without all the extended “discounts”.

Good rates

Clearcover has good rates for the same coverage compared to other companies. It was hard to get through to talk with an agent which is the reason for four star rating. Once I connected, she was very nice and helpful in getting me the coverage I wanted. I just got my insurance about two weeks ago and am very happy so far.

I am really impressed with the personal service from everyone and also their prices and coverage was much better than a lot of insurance companies that promise a lot especially in their TV comercials and tbeir service and their prices and coverage it’s much less when you sign up with them

YOU WON’T REGRET IT JUST TRUST THEM

We switched with Clearcover because of their unbeatable price, but to be honest we were hesitant at first because we haven’t heard of it from anyone we know. We just decided to go because we know we’re good drivers and we wouldn’t need to file a claim anyway. Not until around 14 days after jumping to Clearcover, I had my first ever accident in several years. Part of the trauma was worrying about whether Clearcover is real or not. To my surprise: they’re the first one who reached out to me just hours after my accident without me calling out to them. Linda Hernandez from their team helped me all throughout, because I didn’t know what to do since it’s my first. She helped me go through everything; her assistance is as if she’s holding my hand in the process assuring me it’s all okay. True enough, everything was paid for without any hassle (again even if I just started with them in less than 20 days). Linda Hernandez is very quick, I am grateful to her. With her help my car feels brand new again. All the process with her helped erased the bad memories. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLEARCOVER. Do not even hesitate! Had we known what we know now, we would’ve chosen Clearcover since we started having cars.

Good service, sub par app

I had to take the same pictures 3 times and I constantly had to redo my claims application because it does not let you go to previous steps in the app without starting over. The actual claim was great, but the app experience was sub par.

Wrecked car onto a warning sign

I crashed my car onto a warning sign on the highway. Left me with some injuries and my vehicle was totaled. I filed my claimed after I got out the hospital. The process was simple and easy. Also the insurance company kept in touch with me at all stages and answered all my questions/concerns. I felt very comfortable in my unfortunate situation. This would be my first wreck so there’s nothing I can compare it too but I’m highly satisfied and grateful.
