Don't trust Clearcover Insurance.
Mice had gotten into our car and chewed the wires making it undriveable. An incident of vandalism covered by Clearcover. We called the insurance company. They said to take it to the dealer for an estimate. The estimate found the damage to be under 1000 deductible. The dealership charged Us $175.00 for the estimate and said that we had to paid for it. Clearcover said they were not going to pay the $175.00 it after they demanded we go there. Would You trust them??

The easiest insurance company!!!!!!
Honestly the easiest insurance company over ever dealt with! The transparency is all there, My adjuster Rick took care of business in a few days with the holidays around the corner. Ended up w/ a total loss & got my check to pay my car off really fast! Definitely will be coming back when I get a new car!

Clearcover Insurance one of the Best!
I have been with Clearcover for the past few years and have to say it’s the best experience I’ve had with an insurance company since I’ve been driving. Easy set up, automatic payments, great phone app. Fingers crossed I’ve never had to submit a claim, but communication is easy with the app. Price is good and can recommend Clear Cover as a great insurance company. Give them a shot and see if they save you money.

I recently had an accident, from the first call Clearcover insurance was very understanding and supportive. The agent assigned to my case is amazing, I couldn’t be happier with the efficiency, communication, and support from this insurance company. I was worried my claim would take a while or be a hassle, however, Clearcover handled my claim very prompt and proficiently. Thank you Clearcover, I am a very happy customer.

Great Rates and Top-Notch Customer Service!
I got a great rate and have had nothing but exemplary experiences in the year plus I've been with Clearcover. They honestly have some of the best customer service of any company I've ever worked with. I call in and get a live human immediately, someone who is knowledgable, friendly and eager to help. I did have to file a claim at one point during my time with Clearcover and everything went as well as I could have hoped. Could not recommend them more highly!

Amazing customer service for claim process
Was in a car accident and our car was eventually deemed totaled. From the very beginning Clearcover was super helpful and quick with the process. Our adjuster Celeste Medina was so amazing and kind and always just a phone call or email away. We were clueless in the whole process and she was extremely productive to always give insight and keep us posted on what the next step was going to be. She made a very stressful time in our life a lot easier.

I in an accident and called my insurance company Clearcover. They said take it to a body shop. We took it to a dealer and the dealer added repairs not necessary to the vehicle and said the car was totaled. We called Clearcover and said we wanted a second estimate. They told us no, I said why? Because that was your estimate Company of choose. We said we don’t believe the car is totaled. We hit a hog! They said we would have to have our loan company approve a second estimate. Navy federal called them and said YES they can have a second estimate it’s there car. They said that after oct 15,2020 they are not paying to release the car from the dealer. So the car has been sitting there for 3 weeks now and they won’t pay for it unless we let them total it. They want to part out the car to sell It’s worth a lot of money. Navy federal our bank said to them why are we involved in the insurance at this point? Navy federal said our clients have a right to take the car and get up to three estimates. Now they won’t take a verbal from navy federal stating we can get a second opinion. Now they want a letter from them. Navy federal said ok well that takes 3 to 5 business days. So now we are in limbo. And clear cover is threatening us. We are not paying the storage fees. We are not doing this we are not doing that! Ok well you guys are making us do this not us. You guys are making it more complicated not us. Do not use this insurance company. Unethical, horrible customer service! Don’t listen to there response they have no idea what I am talking about.! Idiot company!!

Terrible customer service
Got my policy about 3 months ago. I was so happy until 15 days ago when I drove in to the water due to low visibility early morning while heading to work. Long story short. I called customer service and an adjuster was assigned. She called and assigned an appraiser, estimate and everything was completed, they asking me for 180 to tow my car to the service shop, after few transfer here and there, they found out that they waive the charge since it’s a claim related. (Wonderfull)
I called the adjuster after a day to let her know that service people needs her approval to tier things apart and start working. After calling her again after two more days, she was pissed and unprofessional even told me not to call her multiple times and keep waiting until she calls me back because she has to do recording statements all day. But a big thanks to the service people, who got me out of this as quick as they could. Pay .50 cents a day and get a better insurance and, save yourself the energy and time!

Just got insurance from ClearCover about a week ago and it took a total of 20 minutes to get a plan lower than every other one online. Great user experience - keep it up y’all!

My experience with Linda my adjuster.
My experience with Linda my adjuster was a good experience. She had answers for every question I had, her responses were quicker than what I was expecting. She was also wonderful with keeping me updated especially after finding out this was my first accident ever. Linda was great !

No contact with a live person.
I tried to get intouch to let to let you know that I was having trouble trying to get a insurance card on my phone.I not realize that I could not find a phone number for Clearcover I even requested a phone contact.
If I have so much trouble contacting a person now what would it be like if I had problems.
Please cancel my policy as of now I had a overlap so I was still covered and now will continue to be covered by USAA. They charge more but are there to help.
Please advise me if you need more informatio.

Very legitimate company. I've been a customer for over a year and they offer one of the lowest rates available out there, and I came from Wawanesa! The sign up process was easy, the rates and options are also easy to understand. Highly recommended!

Signing up was so quick and easy!
It was so easy to sign up for affordable auto insurance with ClearCover. I really appreciated not being bombarded with phone calls, like other insurance agencies have done to me in the past. Enrolling in a plan and customizing my coverage to fit my needs was quick and simple; and I was able to do it all from the internet browser on my phone! Thank you, ClearCover!

Best insurance I’ve had to date
I’ve worked with quite a few insurance companies since I’ve started driving. This was by FAR the best experience I have ever had. They made it extremely easy and made me feel like I was being taken care of. They handled EVERYTHING for me. It was a great feeling and reassured me that I made the correct choice in my insurance coverage. Thank you very much to Rick who was in constant communication and walked me through everything.

Give clearcover a try, you won't regret.
Had Clearcover for about two years. Decided to switch because my prior insurance provider keep raising my rate despite not having any ticket or accident/claim. Clearcover is quite different from traditional insurance company. Over the past two years my policy rate decrease overtime.thr process of buying is easy too. Definitely recommend this company.
