My experience with Clear Law has been outstanding from the date that they took on my claim for personal injury (Aug 2024) to the date when all was finally concluded in my favour (April 2025).

I can state with absolute confidence and clarity that Clear Law communicated everything that was required at every step of the way, their coverage of this matter was exceptional.

Ben Elmes in particular has been nothing short of spectacular, always available and responsive to all of my questions at every step of the way. He always installed confidence in me, providing me with ‘non confusing and wholly positive advice which was always gratefully received.

Very disappointed, case was settled with no action. Was told they wouldn’t take case further if I didn’t settle. house still in disrepair. Not heard a word from council or clear law again! Waste of 2 years! They don’t work for you, they work for their money! Very upset
