Remortgage with Matthew Long
Did a remortgage with Matthew Long when our old deal was coming to an end. As a contract worker it has previously been a long process to explain and prove my income, but the initial interview with Cleerly was straightforward and took about 15 mins. Matthew returned a few days later with 3 good alternatives and the whole process went very smoothly. Communication was prompt, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Cleerly and Matthew

Great Experience Getting a Mortgage as a Contractor
As a contractor, you never know how a mortgage application will go but Lewis at Cleerly has been fantastic throughout the entire process. Not only have a received a suitable mortgage offer whilst being a day rate contractor, he has also referred me to other parts of the business to be able to arrange suitable life insurance and income protection as well as buildings insurance for when I do move.
If you are looking for a mortgage broker, especially as a contractor, make sure you get in touch with the team at Cleerly and they will be honest and transparent about what they can do to support you and help you through the process.

Cleerly took the stress out of a stressful situation
I dealt with Olivia H at Cleerly and i cannot fault her professionalism in any way. I have my own company and was seeking a mortgage on my own, which is notoriously difficult as a contractor. Olivia took all the ground work out of this for me which enabled me to secure a mortgage that i would not have been able to find on the high street. She kept in regular contact, informed me of what was happening every step of the way and clearly explained the points i did not understand! I am a locum nurse and had almost given up on the prospect of ever getting a mortgage due to the unconventional work i do and the way I'm paid.
