I went to this shop because I saw a Franck muller for 3500 euros on chrono 24 ( they pay 6% commission also ).

Price in the boutique in person with no chrono 24 fee ? 3700 euros because they said : 150 shipping 😂😂😂 ( I was there in person )

They only wants cash the will you increase the price if you pay with credit card.

If you can’t cash you better sell apples or bananas

This place is a scam. Preys on the Arab community and elderly. Owner has no respect and they manipulate the receipts on the unlettered customers. Do NOT buy any gold from this location. They have a bad report in the community. Stay clear beware. You have been warned.

Before I purchased a bracelet, I contacted customer service because they were Unisex size and I wanted to be sure that it would fit an average size man's wrist. Based on their assurance that it would fit well, I ordered it. To say that it was MUCH too small was an understatement. I contacted customer service which is VERY slow to respond. They apologized and told me that I could select a different bracelet for free. Of course, this was after they put me thru many "hoops," such as sending a photo of me wearing the bracelet. After I waited for MANY weeks, I finally received a package from them and they had mistakenly sent me the very same bracelet type that didn't fit the first time and that I wanted to return. I brought this to their attention AGAIN and now they are putting me through more hoops. I am now going to file a dispute with my credit card company. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Total scam. Tried to return based on their printed return policy but they won’t give you an address or a way to return. Have reached out multiple times only to receive the same message that they will escalate the issue.
Also, no proof they donate the money as claimed for support animals .
jewelry is junk .

Very misleading. necklace so huge even a large man wouldn’t wear it let alone a woman. Very poor quality, very disappointed.

be careful they offer a lay buy up to six months to pay but if you change your mind and want to take your money they will deduct 700Qr per month.😂😂😂

Bought a watch with box and papers. Wrong box, wrong papers. Complained and just get stories. At least the watch works.
Wife bought a vintage watch. Said they would replace batteries. They did not and delayed pick up so we couldn’t return.
These guys take every opportunity to take advantage of you.
My advice is to check everything very carefully or better just avoid them.

I bought a bracelet and it was not secure so it fell off . I asked for a refund but because I had worn the bracelet ( for less than a hour) they won't refund me . Their ts and CS state they won't refund worn items but feel this is a cop out statement as you cannot know a clasp is not secure until you wear the item. Very unhappy with this service as I now own a bracelet I cannot wear .
