Terrible service cannot even get an apology from them and that's even going to the top man no aftercare reliable service and insulting staff they take advantage of how vulnerable you are will never recommend them problem not solved from before Christmas to date

Useless boiler cover
I have the most expensive boiler cover that they do and you would think this would be their bread and butter. But no. My boiler has been leaking now for over a month and they seem to not be able either get parts for it or send somebody to fix it. Useless service and I will be cancelling my contract with them.
