Justin was amazing he did everything he could to help me get a loan and get on my way to starting a new career. I could not thank Climb Credit enough.

My wife took out a $10,000 loan. That loan went directly to the school. After some more research she decided to withdraw from the school before it started. The school was having issues sending the 10k back to climb and an automatic payment ended up coming out my wife’s bank for $240. That was all in January. The school finally got the funds sent back in may in the full amount of 10k. It’s been four months and we haven’t seen a reimbursement for that payment. We’ve called 4 or 5 times every time we get told they’ll send a follow up email but nothing comes. Last time talking to them they tried telling my they’ll reimburse of $100-some dollars because they charged us interest on a loan that was never used. We were told we’d get a follow up email. We’ve gotten nothing. This company is fraudulent.

I have to say from day 1 the customer service I received from Climb is phenomenal! They explain all loan details, they are patient not to mention overall super friendly! Further, They are persistent in making sure your concern on your account is taken care of right away. I was helped by Laura. Because of the pandemic, my hours at work was cut drastically. She was able to relieve my worry about my deferral form being process within the given time frame as it was nearing payment by having it processed in a fast timely manner! As a student, This is just what I need in these trying times of my life. They really care about their clients, and they go above and beyond!

Such a fraud. I would not advise anyone to get it.I was a student at the Galvanize in SF. Together with other 10 students. We were all defrauded about this loan which costed me 14,000. They ran my credit and told me u needed a guarantor or I had to put $1000 down. I didn’t have any of that, so I wrote them an email saying, I will not be enrolling in the training as I can’t afford I have all the emails. Today I did not graduate after attending a few days of trial to see the useless program that was being offered there. Climb credit have messed up my credit. I will be shairin this experience on all social media platforms.

I called the helpline for clarification and the representative (Brianna from NV) was amazing!!!! She was super helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. I needed things to be repeated a couple times because of my bad audio processing but she was very patient with me and went above and beyond in helping me.

She helped smooth out a lot of my anxieties in regards to my school receiving my loan as well as the payment plan set up. She did such an amazing job and I really want to thank her and give her a bonus for doing such an awesome job.

I took out a loan from Climb Credit for UX design for $10,500. I thought I would get a job but was not able to. Despite that I still made my payments on time, I request a deferment(which they assured would not affect my credit or change my loan) Today after paying on time for months, I found out they added $1000 to my loan. When I asked why, the replied we add interest daily to the loan. I will not recommend unless you are 100% guaranteed a job after whatever program you do because they will punish you if you don't make money..

The process for applying for the student loan was easy to follow and a response was received in a timely manner.
