Simplistic & outstanding service
The whole process was very user friendly & honestly simpler than I expected. As well as getting the results of my loan in a timely manner. I have overall been very satisfied & when I made a call to Climb their representative Brianna was very professional & helpful with a great attitude & energy. I really appreciate that especially being that good customer service is a lost profession unfortunately these days. I would definitely recommend Climb Credit for anyone needing a loan to further their education & career.

Easy application, slow/faulty processing
The process was sort of intuitive and easy enough to complete without help. However, once all of the steps were completed, both by my cosigner and I, no action was taken to process my application and it kept showing that documents still needed to be signed even though they had been signed already. It wasn't until I contacted customer service that my application's status was updated and approved. Could have been an easy and extremely quick process, but this is what caused my dissatisfaction. Not sure if my application would have ever gotten reviewed/approved if I hadn't reached out.

Issue was quickly resolved
Updated: Apparently the source of the issue i had was a third party, UAS, not Climb. I can forgive the slow response time because once a representative from Climb contacted me the problem was resolved quickly so i'm updating the review to reflect that

My apologies at not getting your name I was too happy that you took the time to make it make sense to me, your bomb for that and you knew my name. The first time I had no idea I could express my thanks for the SO MUCH your company has done for me getting my life back together. When you google me, that's only the beginning.
