Phone call received from Et7 to implement physiotherapy sessions. Et7 was friendly, polite and softly spoken which I think encourages active listening and engagement with the client. We had a 15 minute interaction to go over some questions and Et7 kept everything clear, concise and made sure to retrieve all appropriate information. The phone call didn’t feel like 15 minutes in that it went fairly quickly. Though, Et7 you can tell is a kind friendly person whose voice you could listen to all day. I didn’t feel rushed. I felt listened to. Understood. Supported.
