CL Medicall Aid Limited Avis 

Yesterday my wife had an appointment with a Dr at the Parkway, Fareham, we only had a site number and not the name of the building, I phoned and spoke to a very nice helpful young lady that was able to give us the building name and directions. The young lady was RC8 and she was an absolute angle, Thank you. 13

After speaking with Kai this afternoon my problem of not been able to log in and book my own appointment was swiftly dealt with and sorted over the phone, very much appreciated 👍🏻

Kai was accommodating and polite, bit of a joke that there's a feedback target based incentive thing going on. Would be better if the base wage was more livable. Only gets 4 stars because I'm in Australia and called them because I had an email saying they tried to contact me today... Which I have evidence to support on my end. Kai KC1 was great though.

After having 2 previous calls with this company, I was not impressed with the operative I was trying to arrange an appointment with. However, on this occasion, I had to call them and I spoke to a different person - BB4 - And he was so much more helpful. I now had an appointment that was almost within walking distance, where as the previous person could only offer an appointment over an hours drive away.

Spoke to Fa4 today very polite and friendly booked my appointment with no issues very good customer service from Fa4.

KC1 was vey polite and easy to talk to and very forugh and friendly and listened with respect and made sure I got the correct care and support during the call. Highly recommend

Spoke with agent ST9 today and his manner was polite and explained everything to me in detail and easy to follow instructions about what was being asked of me.

I needed to change my appointment, I found the lady i spoke to very helpful, she arranged a better venue and a better time. Great service.
