I had a chat with TP1 about my medical appointment, she was so polite and helpful.
The date and time of my appointment was confirmed as there had been some confusion over two appointments that had been booked for me. Wish there were more like her. Thank you TP1

Kind and attentive

Really excellent service
Really excellent service. FA5 and another colleague have moved things along, with a level of customer service that as a claimant I much appreciate. More so as a prior agency instructed on this case has been so poor, my solicitors had to effectively sack them from my case. No hesitation in recommending CL Medicall on experience to-date.
