spoke with CH1 regarding an injury I received, and from the start she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain the whole process clearly, making sure I understood everything and answering any questions I had.
What I appreciated most was that I never felt rushed or pressured. CH1 was patient, friendly and very informative throughout the conversation. It was reassuring to speak to someone who genuinely took the time to listen and explain what would happen next.

After having a rough week due to a car…
After having a rough week due to a car accident the only thing I wish for is speaking to kind people. Today in order to speak about my situation HS9 (username) was really helpful and gave me enough information needed. He was very kind and had enough empathy for the situation I was in and made everything so much easier. Thank you HS9 a big shout out to you!!!!
