I would totally recommend Clothoo. Trying to find a varsity royal blue jacket anywhere was difficult. I just happened on this website and saw all of the great reviews. I ordered August 22 received approval photos the week after and it was at my door by Sept 4th. It is beautiful and fits my son very well. He is so happy with it. It's very well made. The stitching is wonderful. Would definitely buy again from them!

I ordered a Jacket for my son, he is in his Senior year at High school. We purchased the jacket with the guidelines provided while also catering to the size my son generally wears. However, we received the jacket and it was too small, he could not button it up. Upset with myself because I failed to read the fine print that stated NO refunds or exchanges. I emailed the company anyway and they were willing to work with me. Although I had to keep the jacket I had already purchased, this company gave me a discounted price for a new jacket. They walked me through the exact measurements they needed so we could order the proper size. So I anxiously await the arrival of the new jacket.

The jackets pictures have arrived and I have also approved it. I love the look of it, and am excited for it to show up - it looks far better than I hoped. Still, I wished there was an easier way to track progress than sending a message via the support system. Maybe a place where we can input our order number and check on the status of the order? It would make me far more comfortable throughout the ordering process.
