They were very efficient in replacing my bathroom window glass.
The other chap remeasured my kitchen window after I explained that I needed a new fixed window unit. He thought I was just having the glass replaced.

Our experience with this company was excellent from the the first contact. We had two misted panes replaced, one fitted with a cat flap, and a window hinge renewed. The job was quoted at a very reasonable price. It was carried out, on time, by a very friendly, polite, and efficient fitter, and the finished result was perfect. Was able to arrange a fast appointment to i itially measure and quote. Window was replaced at a time to suit us and for a reasonable price. Installation guys were fast polite and left our house clean

I liked the end result of clear and well fitted double glazed units but disliked the following:1. having to wait until just before the teams arrival to find out what time they would come. 2. Attempting to install units without gasket even though I had agreed a quotation which included gasket 3. Being told that there was no white gasket available and then when pushed finding they had a tub of white gasket in the van and 4. providing a 25 year guarantee that cannot be passed on when I sell the house. So guarantee is of little value.

Excellent service, excellent windows. Four professionals were involved in the replacement of a blown double glazed window: 1) the person who booked my appointment, 2) the person who came to survey the window and measure it precisely, 3 & 4) the two guys who came and installed the window.
