Did have to wait a while for the job to be done due to bad weather, but have no complaints about the fitter or the price. Have used you before and will again if I need to.

Cloudy2Clear team are professional and polite. They completed work well and quickly. The price is reasonable and worth it.

This is the 4th time we have used Cloudy2Clear from the Southport area….Ellie on the service desk is so helpful and polite and can’t fault Stan and the fitters….some people say they are a bit over priced but for the quality of service and workmanship you get it’s money well spent plus the 25yr warranty is a peace of mind…..would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future…..THANKS FOR EVERYTHING AND HAVE A GOOD CHRISTMAS

My experience with the Altrincham branch has not been good. I contacted them wanting new seals on a window. They came out and gave a quote. They said the hinge needed replacing, but they also have a quote for new windows as the current ones were old. I agreed thinking this would increase the lifespan and the hinge and seals would be sorted. They broke one of the windows on installation (which is fine, these things happen) but they left broken glass in our hallway which luckily I noticed that evening! They also broke the blinds on the window and left them on the floor with grubby hand prints on. The seals haven't been replaced as they say it's okay, but one side really isn't as it sticks out. Overall not impressed.

Arrived on time. Was very quick to fit 3 windows albeit a bit rushed so had to ask one of them to refit one piece of beading correctly on one window. Guys were pleasant and respectful.

Made an initial enquiry about replacing a failed double glazed unit and was informed very promptly by text of a date for a quotation. Couldn’t make their suggested date, but quickly and efficiently altered to a more convenient date. Actual replacement was carried out 2-3 weeks later and their tradesman had the whole job done within 15 minutes! Would certainly use again for their very efficient service.

No charge for initial visit to assess options, and certainly no pressure to agree to anything, but we decided to proceed and have 4 panes changed, as the vertical aluminium uprights were bowing, looked unsightly, and could be a forerunner of failed panes.
The price quoted was very reasonable in our opinion, and on the day of fitting, the work was done quickly, efficiently, and without any fuss. Exactly what we wanted. We are very pleased with the new panes, and will have no hesitation going back to thus company in future. Indeed, we recommended them to a neighbour.
