Cloudy2Clear Windows Avis 

Had an appointment in June for a quote for glass replacement in a large window ( 2 small panes and one large) Dave gave us a verbal quote, which we accepted so he made the appointment to fit almost 3 weeks later. We weren't sent or given anything in writing. Dave arrived promptly at the appointment time and quickly popped all 3 panes out. He went to his van for the replacements and told us we'd only ordered 2! We'd originally arranged a quote for the entire window. He phoned the office and told us they'd have to order the third pane which was £65. He replaced the 2 new panes he'd brought and put one of the ones he'd removed back in and we made an appointment for the third to be fitted. Due to our holidays it was August before we could accommodate this. Paul arrived at the pre arranged time and quickly fitted the new pane. However the amount he'd been told we needed to pay was about double the amount of the verbal quote. Paul phoned the office to query it but they were adamant that the cost Paul had asked for was correct. We were left with no alternative than to pay the extra.
Paul was very professional, cleaning the glass he'd replaced thoroughly. Unfortunately Dave didn't match this professionalism. He mis-quoted... twice and the two panes he did replace he only gave a quick wipe, claiming he couldn't clean them properly as the sun was shining! Surprisingly, even as an OAP I managed to clean them thoroughly immediately after he'd left.

The guy who came to measure the glass we needed was on time and gave us a quote which we accepted.He was polite and friendly to us.The guy who came to fit the glass was also on time.He too was friendly and professional.We were very happy with the service we received.

Excellent service both from the lady in the office and the contractor that came out to do fix the window. Job done to a very good standard, they checked I was happy with it before they left and the price was reasonable too. Highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service and complete professionalism from the fitting carried out by the C2C East Midlands team, this including the sales person who visited our home to look round and provide a quote to the guys Paddy and Nathan who were exemplary when they fitted our new window units. From arriving at our home they were exceptionally good with explaining the processes, ensuring we felt confident with the work they were carrying out especially as it was fitting window units into hardwood which needs someone who understands this concept and it was clear that the team sent out specialised in this area. We were also extremely impressed with how well they cleared up afterwards. Professionalism at its highest and we would certainly welcome them back into our home to carry out any further work and I strongly recommend them to all our friends and family

The windows look amazing and their name Cloudy to Clear certainly does describe what they do, we can't believe how clearly we can see through our windows now which has brightened up all the rooms where the work was carried out

Came to recce the windows very quickly. Gave an immediate quote and booked the repair immediately I agreed the price. On the day of the fit they arrived in good time and did a great job.

Great team of guys, followed up quickly and installed when they said they would. Broke a pane doing the job but came back and put a new one FOC. Will definitely use them again as more units steam up and need replacing
