Good, reliable company. I was very happy with them from start to finish. Dan, who came and fitted my replacement windows on the day, was polite, punctual and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. I first used them a few years ago. I didn't shop around this time. I just went straight back to them.

I can only speak for the Oxfordshire franchisee Trevor Skidmore. His son came and gave us an estimate, it wasn't the cheapest but he sounded knowledgable. It was a shame when the guy called to replace the glass panel he did not appear too confident in what he was doing. A couple of months later I noticed that the window was getting mould across the bottom something that had not happened before. We called the office and eventually Mr Skidmore agreed to come and look at it after he had said I needed to keep it clean!! I am extremely proud of our home and it is extremely clean thank you. He said the panel had been incorrectly fitted and he would get it reseated after checking dates. Three weeks later we called and asked when they would put their shoddy work right as promised only to be given excuse after excuse as to why it could not be done. We contacted the franchise company and they have totally ignored our correspondence too. Totally unacceptable behaviour from this Oxfordshire based company. Would I recommend them - not even to my worse enemy, they should not be trading in my opinion.
UPDATE: Having received their response proves they should not be trading, The manager knows it has not been rectified by them and he has no plans to do so, in fact he says we should drill holes ourselves!
