Cloudysoles - UK only brand! Avis 27

If I could give no stars I would. I've ordered a pair of insoles in February, it is now the end of March and I have not received the order yet the money has been taken out of my account. I have had no updates from the company, sent an email and had no response. I honestly think this is a scam and would strongly reccommend against purchasing anything from them

Ordered & payed for slippers in January, never received, sent email and no response.

Obviously been Ripped off

This company is based in China so contacting the so called customer service is useless. I have sent several emails and they have not replied to any. As far as I can see my order was never dispatched yet I have paid for the goods. I will put this done to experience as don't think I will ever get a refund. My advice don't buy anything from them

If I could give minus I would. The soles are so this they do absolutely nothing. Do not waste your money. Zero customer service. I tried to contact them several times but absolutely no response at all. A waste of money!

Online return page not working and no response to emails

I never got mine. I order 2 and it said I'd get a third one for free. I ordered them Dec 2nd. No email, no text nothing. I've reached out to customer service multiple times with no response. Scam. Stay away.

Ordered some slides for my brothers birthday. Received in good time. I had a small issue with tracking but supplier was responsive to my needs.

I had been looking for some sliders to replace my old ones that had seen better days, and found this company. Very happy with the product and plan on buying some more in the near future.

Since trying Cloudy Soles, I don't think I can go back to anything else. The marshmallow ones I got feel so good, it's like walking on clouds. I even convinced my partner to get a pair!

Insoles are pretty good, just took a good while to arrive.

Do not buy. Beware at all costs.
Definitely not in the UK and it's been weeks now and keep getting told 5 days. Evri don't even have the parcel. When you try to open track parcel on their site it says error. Con con con

These soles are not better then what I tried before, too thick- my running shoes or my boots are too tight now after I put them in and they squeeze my feet - cut circulation or irritate behind my heels because it changes the fitting.

They have a good quality material but take way too much space in your regular shoes.

No special soothing effect after a long day standing up and walking.

Will no recommand or buy again.

I wish I checked the reviews on here before buying. This isn't a company, it's just a guy who dropships cheap insoles from china, same pair of insoles cost £1.40 on aliexpress. Delivery time is about 2 weeks and not 5-8 days like it's stated on the website, insole are very soft and thin mostly ,which do not provide any arch support, except for heel side, which is very thick and does not fit in any of my shoes. Unfortunately I fell for the ad and made a mistake buying them.

Super comfy and lightweight. I love chucking them in my gym bag for using by the pool, pottering about the house and garden and wearing for running about doing errands etc. Most comfortable slides I’ve tried!

Super comfy slippers which make my feet so warm in the cold winter months. Great sizing and they look so cute too. Very pleased !

Like standing on clouds. Absolutely in love. Ended up buying more for the family.

I’ve bought a couple of products form these and both times has been excellent. Products arrived in perfect condition. The sliders are super comfy will definitely be purchasing more!

I’m so glad these guys came into my life 😅 I’ve struggled for years to find comfy sliders and there collection is top tear! I honestly don’t wear trainers my more 😂 the sliders don’t come off haha

Thought I’d give these slides a try ! And would not be without them on holiday now! I’ve had 3 pairs now I walked around Bali for 3 weeks in them, they look great, sooooo comfy they have great grip on stoney hills walking back from the beach 👍so lightweight for your suitcase☺️ and I also have a pair for around the garden in sumner ( and I did put my last pair in the washing machine! Mine came out fine ☺️
