Friendly people
Friendly people. Great deals. Great place to get stuff and not fill like they are trying to up sell me. They have reasonable recommendations. It's nice to know they don't just want you spending money, they want you to go home with what you want

Both Locations = Fantastic
I frequent both HW80 and 420F St locations as I live sort of in the middle of the two. Always convenient, great selection, daily deals are superb. When I've had a product quality issue, a manager investigated and made it right promptly. Big fan and will continue to frequent!
