This place is great! Every person I have ever interacted with, from checking in to the budtenders to the security guard wishing me a good day, has been so nice!

Still like F street, but it doesn't feel the same...
I spend a lot of money there and this is probably the 3rd time I've left with at least one wrong item. I don't live in davis either so driving back isn't an option to me. They usually take everything out of the bag to show me but this time the guy seemed to be in a hurry to get me out of there... Got a "hurry up and leave vibe." Didn't feel good.
This is also like the 10th time I haven't gotten a receipt... I'm not sure why they need to ask if I want my receipt, they should be asking if I DONT want my receipt. As far as I'm concerned the receipt is part of my transaction therefor part of my order and is also needed to complete said transaction.
I know is shouldn't be that big of a deal but like I said when I spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars (thousands at this point) to still be disappointed is kinda wild.
The window was the best part about getting in and out of there and now we can't use that. I feel like that's stressing out your employees too... it's hurting everyone. Davis should relax and let the business do what it needs to do.
I'm not sure but F street mightve changed management sometime. The guy before was very friendly and would greet me by name if he saw me but the last person I saw who was introduced as a manger was a girl and she was very cold and did not look at me once. Only came over to put in a coupon discount that wouldn't register then immediately walked away. Miss your old manager.

I am sorry that your last visit didn't meet your expectations and it sounds like missing items has been an issue in previous visits as well. I will pass along your comments to our store managers at both locations.
