Update: this site is nothing but a rip off! Anyone who says that it's not is either working for clubs casino or is a bot. I have tried for over a year because it has a lot of decent games but you absolutely can not win a penny on here.

Absolute freaking rip off they have a promotion advertised if you spend $10 you get 30 SC and 30 free spins so I spent the 10 bucks got the 30 SC and no spins so they just completely rip you off got absolutely nothing from the SC it just took it as fast as it could give it to me and when I try to find out about my free spins the customer service is non-existent like they don't know they're scamming people like they don't know they're not giving the spins that they say you're going to get do not waste your money on this site it will absolutely rip you off that is a 100% guarantee speaking from experience just now I've been trying to get ahold of somebody on there you can't get a hold of anybody that site is 100% nothing but a money grab if you put your money on it it will be gone instantly and you will get nothing from it guaranteed. I am so freaking pissed because I should know better if it sounds too good to be true then it usually is and for some reason our government just doesn't give a crap about people anymore they care about nothing except money and so they just let these scam ass sites take advantage of everyone and do nothing about it I'm guessing they're getting a kick back somehow to not say anything because how can this be possible that a company can sit here and advertise this crap and it's a flat-out lie there used to be a thing called false advertising which is exactly what this site is but nothing's done about it it's still apparently allowed to operate and take advantage of anybody it can so I'm warning everyone do not put your money on this site.

I hit a nice big win on here. I don't purchase any crazy amount of SC either. Surprisingly the reviews I've seen are pretty poor and negative towards this site, but I have so far had a great experience with Clubs Casino even with only joining a couple months ago. (There's quite a few sites I joined 2 or 3 years ago and still have not redeemed on) It's been over a week now waiting on a redemption but customer service finally contacted me through one of their automated promotional emails that I still needed to verify my ID and card info. The options to contact them on their site are dead ends unfortunately. But in three to five business days, I should have that. One of the slower sites for redemptions. But overall customer service was very respectful and helpful when I finally got a hold of them. Straightforward and clear when giving instruction on how to complete verification process. I don't have no issues with the casino in my opinion other than slow redemptions. There are some providers like Avatar ux that I can't play on for some reason but can on other sites. And I like the provider Avatar ux and their games. So that's definitely a downer and I definitely think that they could add on some more providers as well. Maybe have some other tourneys besides most spins and maybe some GC tourneys for free spins and possibly some SC for 1st place as well would be a great addition and a way to use up some of that GC That just sits and never gets touched because it's worthless. Would be nice to make it worth something. (Most sites keep its value as worthless play money) Promotional packages are better than most as well. Definitely not stingy on bonus SC!

Sp far I've just been playing freebies. I'm currently playing a game, in a second bonus round and at a point where I can redeem soon. Now, the page won't load the game, but it will load others. I tried contacting support but got 404 page not found. Very disappointed. Once I'm able to redeem i normally do small deposits.

Despite my resilience and loyalty as a slots player, their greed has been met with zero reward in return. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this platform and am still waiting to hit any meaningful milestone.

To add insult to injury, their support team’s replies are unhelpful at best. I often have to wait 24 hours or more just to get a response.

They used to be great. I was a vip and enjoyed the last redemption and most of the staff was great. I put in thousands of dollars and then nothing. Customer service went to shit and forget about winning enough to redeem. Several games I put in so much money for never to go into bonus round. I get it I could be having bad luck but no way. Something should have hit. So I closed account and told them dont ever let me open another one. It was kinda fun and first but now it's just throwing money away.

Im not sure what all these negative reviews are really for but here's my experience... I play at a lot of different social casinos and deposit at most of them everyday. I signed up at this one a few months back and I made no deposits till recently. Had a email deal $2 for 20sc from club casino seen the negative reviews I still purchased it because hey it's only $2 right? Had it up to about $415 then went down to $340 so I figured I'd cashout before I lost more. I realized i wasnt verified yet so was kinda starting to get worried at this point but verification was literally 2 minutes if that which was awesome so I put in babk details on a saturday evening. Thinking now im not going to see money till Monday or Tuesday now because its routing and account number they ask for but I sht you not the money was in my account at 4am Sunday morning. Like 10 hours. No lagging on the slots at all just smooth play. This is my honest opinion and Ive played at all of them. I hadn't had to contact support at all because I had 0 issues. This is my own experience and I will deposit again for them making my redemption quick and easy. Ill be back great casino.

I just joined the site. I had questions about the verification process and tried to reach support. There are 3 ways through the T&C, a link on the page and another option I found on the site ALL 3 DO NOT WORK. I get emails and the link in the email footer to reach support DOES NOT WORK.
I refuse to buy coins or play on a site that IF I have a problem or question I have no way to reach there support. This is just BAD and should be corrected. If you aren't managing the website and giving your players a way to reach you, that just screams SCAM!

This is by far one of the worst I've been playing for 30 mins and this site has read unstable network at least 25 times forcing me to log out and when logging in or refreshing I should say, cause I definitely will log out constantly and when I do refresh it says insufficient coins or balance forcing me to refresh again so my balance shows which means controlling their slots so you don't win and lose money constantly...

So I've played on and redeemed on clubs casino before but it had been a while since I played there, I got an email for a promotion of 20sc and 50 free spins on "Le Viking"..after playing the 20sc I went to play my freespins but the game kept saying restricted region..after contacting and not hearing back from support a few days passed I remembered about the spins and this time I checked the other "Le..." games which opened normally..so I tried Le Viking again but this time it just says "game loading error" ..and I can't contact support now bc when you click the link at the bottom it says "404 page not found" ..I would like my 50 free spins I paid for and not having anyway to contact or even obtain support contact information, idk for sure throws out some red flags for me. The site is extremely laggy. Tried everything, clearing cache, closing my apps and it’s soooo laggy. Another thing is the sweeps coin bonus on the purchases. Never seen any other site offer 3 sweeps for 5$. That’s strange.

Slowest slots on the Market! It has good slot selection but the slots are so slow literally buffering ring on every spin. It makes the game play boring and feels like a waste of time! we don’t have all day to gamble. They need to fix their servers, mind you I have Great WIFI and phone service.
