Incredible Experience
I am incredibly grateful for the amazing support and customer service. Having lost a few important components for a coffee machine, Kate went out of her way to help and was able to resolve an issue I was struggling for months with. I have also purchased other equipment from their online store and the after sales care is exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service...
Good website and competitive prices is always a good start but what stood out was the customer service. I bought a Eureka Mignon Specialita and quickly realised it was not the correct colour. One phone call and a lovely reassuring conversation followed an amended order arriving the next day. That's the difference. Thanks 😊

Brilliant customer service
Ordered 3 iced tea syrups. Amazon courier damaged the box and only received 1 bottle of syrup. Emailed Clumsy Goat and within 2 day I had a replacement delivery with another courier to arrive the next day. Follow up emails every day letting me know and even a follow up asking if i was happy with the outcome. Outstanding customer service.
