We're a coffee and equipment supplier based in Lancashire with a passion for speciality coffee! We believe everyone involved in the creation of Clumsy Goat is of equal importance. My purchase was fairly simple, I knew what coffee machine I wanted, found it to be a decent price on Clumsy Goat Coffee and that they were based in the UK, so I made my purchase. The delivery time was fast and package arrived in great condition. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service experience. My order was missed and was not dispatched until I contacted the company to ask about its status, 4 days after placing the order. There was no communication or effort to resolve the issue.
As compensation for the delayed delivery, I was offered free coffee, but this was never provided. Overall, the company appears to have little interest in customer satisfaction or effective customer service. There is significant room for improvement in how customer issues are handled and communicated.

Coffee grinder purchase
I bought a coffee grinder from clumsy goat coffee.
The price of the device was competitive, but the after sales comms were good on delivery etc. The grinder was delivered on time.
I just thought it was a good overall buying experience.

Delivery did not live up to website description, otherwise all fine
They were one of three suppliers of the espresso machine I wanted who were offering the most competitive price. I went with them because their commitment around speed of delivery seemed the best of the three. Unfortunately, actual delivery did not live up to what they stated on the website. I ordered the machine after 2pm on a Tuesday and the website indicated that it would therefore be dispatched the following day. But it wasn't. Nor was it dispatched on the Thursday. I rang them on Friday afternoon and then they confirmed it would be dispatched before close of play that day. The machine arrived on the Monday. The machine itself was as expected.

Recently bought Bodums coffee on the go cup from clumsy Goat ( love the name ) and it’s got to be one of my better buys. Looks great and makes coffee easy. No hassle with the delivery arrived within the date arranged. Packaged well arrived in one piece with no breakages. Delighted with my purchase.

Disappointing service.
Pricing Tip: Check the individual prices before buying a bundle—it was cheaper for me to buy the machine and grinder separately.
Shipping: Order placed on Monday, but it took a week to arrive despite multiple phone calls to confirm a birthday deadline.
Service: I was promised coffee as a gesture of goodwill for the delay, but two weeks later, nothing has arrived. Great equipment (Rancilio/Eureka), but a very frustrating buying experience.
