Worst company in the world. They waste your time , don’t believe them

I purchased a car with a warranty:
1- During the coverage period, the low oil light came on. When I reached out to Clutch support, they advised me to do an oil change and drive 2,000 km to see if the issue persisted. By the time this observation window ended, my warranty had expired. It turns out the engine burns over 1 liter of oil per 1,000 km, leaving me with a severely damaged engine and a car that has lost most of its value. Clutch essentially ran out the clock on my warranty to avoid accountability. Extremely disappointing experience—far from what they advertise.
2- From minute 1 the sunroof of the car did not work (unlike what they claim, 8 mechanics check the car and inspect and stuff) - The guy who delivered the car told me this is due to winter ice and its good and works and stuff. But it was not. The car costed ~$7,000 to repair the sunroof, though their warranty covered it. But you can imagine how the interior of the car may get damaged in the dealership when they replace such big part, my car interior got a lot of damage, I got a torn headliner, scratched interior parts, and more. Plus additional few days of not having a car ....
Please avoid them for your own good.

They made the whole process very easy, and communication was clear and timely.

The simplicity of it was excellent. Price was fair. Could have done a little better had I sold it myself privately but the convenience was well worth the trade off. Didn't have to deal with a million messages from random people, no shows, no haggling, and it was quick... Barring anything unforeseen, I don't think I would consider not using clutch in the future....

The interaction from beginning to end went very well. We only constructive comment I would make is that if your Carfax report is not clean, then your system should only provide realistic numbers instead of adjusting down late in the process.

BIT IF A DISAPPOINTMENT.

I sold my 2018 Toyota Forerunner with 56k km. They offered the best price by far. I paid the 5 percent fee. The process is excellent compared to selling through a dealer. Their process could still use improvement. Mostly around setting expectations on the day of the sale and ensuring you are going to get what they offered. I told them if they dropped the price don't take off my plates. I had other buyers lined up. I sold the car for asking. It worked out perfectly in the end. Thanks Clutch.
