Sight needs to have rules.

I like using the sight. It is easy and can save a lot of time and money. Ive bought with no problems in past. Looks like things have changed. The price that is on your sight. Should be the price of the car. Otherwise the great deals aren't realy great deals. And pricing means nothing. Found a cat for $57000 great deal. Said i would pay them $57000. They said that was the wholesale price they were asking $68000. That before adding any taxes. That should not be aloud. And you should not allow that practice on your sight.

Bait and Switch

Very few of the vehicles I looked at on CarGurus website were advertising the actual sale price. If you want to pay cash for a car, look elsewhere. Most of the cars I looked at the dealer wanted $1000-$2500 more if I did not have a trade in and just wanted to pay cash. The one I did find that took cash, the AC did not work, they did not disclose this until I was on the lot, and I live in Southern Arizona.

Don’t bother making an account

Don’t bother making an account. This company has failed to contact me in regards to them being hacked and customers details obtained by hackers. I have now received emails with threats and have been informed they have access to everything. They have also been able to access my searches on the internet due to this and explained they have my photos when I have children!! I am absolutely furious that this has happened and people now have access to photos of my children! I will be in touch and I will be taking it further I can’t even explain how angry I am!

If there was an option for less than one star

If there was an option for less than one star for the dealersip i purchased a vehicle at after finding a vehicle from there on your site. I’d pick less than zero. Literally the worst customer service and purchase experience of my life 47 years on this earth and I’ve seen some awful stuff but this place should win an award for worst dealership in Canada. Delivered a leaky vehicle full of water and after driving up and down the island several times over almost a month after purchasing the vehicle dealing with repairs they gave me one final kick in the nuts and left me with barely enough gas to get to the gas station in the hand off at the Campbell river dealership not involved just a handoff point I will never walk into another Ford dealership again as a result of this experience. If you are shopping for a vehicle skip this place you are literally better off going anywhere else. Got a lot to say but the coles notes version is skip this dealership if you value your money and time and want an experience that isn’t a hassle.
The Car Guru site does not allow me to leave a review like your site says you can. I would like to post this review linked to sunshine mountain ford dealership in nanaimo but is next to impossible to do. If you are gonna say you post legitimate feed back about customer experiences from the dealerships you list on your site then you should make it a loooot easier or even possible for me to leave a review. I have pictures of the leaky vehicle they delivered and the empty gas tank i barely made it to the gas station with that they left me. I can back up this is a legitimate dogwater customer service experience and was easily able to post it on google....but not here. This is where I found the vehicle and the nightmare experience that followed. So Post my review. Ask me for more evidence. Other customers should be aware of what the reality of the experience on the ground is.

DON’T BOTHER

I did a Google search and found a vehicle I showed to my boss who wanted me to find out for info. I filled out all the info and it is now 9 days later and I STILL haven’t heard anything. I went back to CarGurus and asked if I was going to hear from anyone and they basically blew me off and told me to contact the dealer which I have 3 times and STILL nothing. DONT EVEN BOTHER!

False advertising to lure you in

I went to a couple of these used car dealerships that have the cars you advertised. The site advertise optional financing with monthly payment ranging low as $89, $90, $102. Most of these dealerships accept cash only, no financing. Then I sat in one dealerships and the gentleman said evening with the $2000 down payments the note would still be around $500 if the vehicle is under $10,000. And if we was to buy a vehicle over $10,000, we would least have to put down better than half to get a low note.

This site SUCKS

This site SUCKS! No live people with even half a brain. Nobody could tell me if a specific truck I wanted was on the lot at the dealership or still in transit. What a horrible website and company! I will never come back here, EVER! What a waste of time, which I'll never get back!
