After having just about everything that could go wrong go wrong, I ended up with a $37,000 Porsche with a bad transfer case. Wife has been without a car because it is more or less undriveable and questionable on the safety. I don't know how this was missed in their inspection. The guy who delivered the car was nice, I guess that is something.

Getting a price good for several days was important to me as I was struggling with selling my deceased wife’s car. Once I accepted the offer everything was professionally organized to make the sale and pick up. Payment was immediate with a one to two day business window.

There was no hassle, they offered me the best price for my vehicle, and the communication was perfect. The staff members I worked with were in such a good mood and treated me with real kindness. It was a seamless, easy transaction—highly recommend!
Don't trust the soundness of Carvana vehicles
Carvana sent us 2 vehicles that we picked from the website and the transmissions on both failed within the 7-day trial periods. After that, they sent us a minivan. The minivan worked fine during the 100-day limited warranty. On day 140, the check engine light came on, making it clear something was wrong. We took it to a mechanic and learned it had the wrong coolant, which caused coolant to flood the top half of the motor. Reviewing Carvana’s 150-point inspection, we saw that the radiator had been replaced. When you replace the radiator, you HAVE to put new coolant in. Carvana made the mistake when they worked on the car, but refused to do anything because it was beyond the 100-day limited warranty. Now we are stuck with a $13,000 bill for a replacement motor. I’ve made 5 van payments—the 5th while the van was already broken down. I have been on the phone several times with Carvana giving them every opportunity to make things right and they refuse to help. Don’t trust the vehicles. Don’t trust the inspectors. Don’t trust a company that refuses to fix its own mistakes.

Easiest Way to sell a car
Selling my car through Carvana was quick and easy. The on-line process was fast, and I had an offer the same day. The one caveat that I have to add here is that you will not receive the same "market value" that you might think the car is worth. They need room for profit, so the offer will be more like a "wholesale" value. If you are good with that, then I recommend this process.

Undisclosed damage to Audi.
Tried contacting Carvana many times, filing a warranty complain many times, website did not allow me to upload pictures of Undisclosed body damage.
All within my 7 day time frame.
Talked to Justin and Tiffany in customer experience department was told me we are not covering the Undisclosed body damage. Then offered me to make a vehicle exchange. After receiving a vehicle that was damaged and offering me a trade in on a different vehicle Carvana thinks trust is there to get a different vehicle???
Do not buy a vehicle from Carvana. Carvana skates by damage and does not want to cover damage.
Vehicle is an Audi so body damage would probably be in excess of 4k.

Spamming me daily with emails despite having no other contact with the company. Tried to unsubscribe, but reach a message that blocks me from the website. Honestly, who would want to deal with this sort of company?

Manny was great!!! The whole process was so easy breezy wish I had known this from the beginning! After a frustrating time trying to sell my car myself I finally went through with the offer. I was skeptical at first when reading all the good reviews about how seamless the process was but having actually done it would highly recommend! It was so easy I scheduled a pick up for a small fee and they did a quick look over and test drive to make sure it matched my appraisal answers and they handed me a check for the full amount promised no if and or buts to it! On top of it their offer was more competitive than private dealerships or even carmax!

It was a smooth process from start to finish. Loaded all my documents and signed all necessary documents before the driver even got here and the entire process took maybe 20 minutes. It was so easy that this is the 2nd car we’ve sold to Carvana. I wish I could remember the name of the driver but I was dealing with a work situation at the time; however, the guy was extremely nice and friendly and very courteous.
One hand does not know what the other is doing.
Ur so big that everything was confused. U picked up the wrong car. Literally as they were coming to pick it up, I was getting emails and phone calls telling me it was cancelled. Read the notes. It was so bad that I decided not to sell my 2nd car to you and cancelled it. Everyone I was able to speak to was nice but it was a complete cluster. Very disappointed.
