I “ transferred in” from another company and the experience was most satisfactory. The whole thing was done within a week.
With regard to the App, I would like to see the daily monetary value of the interest paid in addition to the running total.

Requested partial transfer from previous Isa provider but instead received full transfer!

Quick transfer, some delays at delivering provider which was to be expected. Very happy with service.

Once my premium membership expired, I was taken aback to realize that the service would be costing me a total of £25 per month. Upon this realization, I promptly closed my account and transferred my investments elsewhere. Despite having requested the transfer of my pension investment to another provider 2 months ago, there has been no progress. They are quick to blame the other pension provider, CMC, who are holding onto my funds and charging premium account fees despite my request for closure. This unethical behavior is clearly not in line with FSA standards. I strongly advise avoiding this organization unless you have a penchant for giving away your money without receiving anything in return. To make matters worse, even after withdrawing all my other investments, my account is now showing a negative balance, which I suspect is an unjust charge for a premium account that should have been closed immediately upon request.

For quite some time after I initially tried to open the Savings account I had chosen to invest into, I did not receive any correspondence or communication to inform me what the hold up was about?
Almost towards the end of the day I was informed I had to open an introductory account to credit my funds, which will then be transferred to my chosen Saving account.
I followed instructions to do so, within minutes my funds were credited to the new account, then promptly credited to my Savings account. I was pleased to note the speed of this transaction.
So, my money is safely saved with the Company. Thank you.

Easy app to use and I love that it shows me my pending interest building on a daily basis

Disliked app - tiny on Ipad screen. Disliked lack of info/ explanation given by individuals in response to my ISA application. For example being told a ‘wet signature ‘ was needed. I have never heard that expression before. I was given no information about what it was or how I should supply that until I prompted the individual concerned. Got bored in the process and applied to an alternative provider that offered a more rapid, smoother process, more attuned to customer experience and needs with better on screen technology.

Banking made easy and straightforward with competitive interest rates. Cash ISA transfer in was quick and easy using mobile app. UI is basic, but functional. In app messaging fast and effective providing guidance and reassurance with timely responses. Minor criticism with account numbers on ISA transfer form not corresponding to in app ISA account number.

I transferred a cash ISA from another provider to CMC Invest as the rate was brilliant.

I found the transfer from another ISA provider to CMC to be quick and easy. I also like to App. It's very clear and easy to use.

Very easy to invest, very straightforward app. Only problem - you have to have a Gmail email address; Hotmail doesn't appear to work with the CMC app
