My apologies that we weren't able to sell you the parts you needed. At the time, we were undergoing upgrades to our systems to facilitate the new requirements from the recently enacted AB1263 bill in California.

Sold me a scratched gun and instead of giving me a refund you tried to blame it on me or the shipper when we all know damn well it came from you. Take some responcibility instead of trying to pass the buck!!!!

Hi Steven, Apologies for the misunderstanding as there was no intention of trying to blame you for the damage. However, once a firearm has been transferred from the FFL to an individual and accepted, we cannot refund the purchase and must warranty it for any repairs.
I did see that we did an RMA on your receiver and recoated it. I hope that the firearm was refinished to your satisfaction and apologize that the policies we must abide by were an inconvenience. What I received has manufacturer defects that are clear and visible. It will not let the enhancement for the kit to work. It is literally bent, you can see this in the pictures and videos I sent to them. The customer service treats you like a child who cannot figure out how to put batteries in their first toy. over a $40 item they have lost a few thousand in sales. I will continue to spread my experience with everyone in hopes that there is some kind of change. They let ego ruin their reputation. OH, CMMG Flagged this for harmful speech. Nothing in here in harmful or defamatory. I have the receipts to prove everything. This is hilarious.
