Prompt delivery. Good price. Good looking product. Well packaged. Comes with additional information of how to access videos etc for installation. I made a mistake when ordering ie I ordered 2 reversing cameras. Was contacted immediately by them and order adjusted immediately with refund.

Sent a few messages to Christian on a Sunday asking for some information and advice which he gave and recommended a cheaper model than I was looking at took is advice and ordered one Sunday evening it arrived Tuesday morning and looks great I’m really please upto now be trying it out tomorrow so see what it works like on the road but the service so far I great

Fantastic customer experience to back up a very good product.
Contacted Christian with a few questions which were responded to very quickly and, more importantly....honestly. Made the purchase with next day delivery. Product is great with Christian again responding almost immediately to a couple of further questions. Well impressed.

Needs updating with Welsh 20 MPH speed signage - been in force nearly a year now.
Quick delivery of our SatNav, great size - easy to use and to see whilst driving. Haven't used it to plot a journey yet but looks quite intuitive for what we will use it for. Good back-up from comapany who sent out various videos to get started.
One query is that the speed reductions in Wales have not come through on the unit I have despite the 20 MPH reduction on most old 30 MPH roads been in force for nearly a year. Could catch you out if you are not aware just how many reduced areas there are.

Good system
Good system with tutorial video's to help understand it's operation. Good clear screen. Only small issue is the sun visor is a tad flimsy and slides about.

I had been recommended by a mate to this company.I am very pleased the Sat Nav been using it for a week in the lorry now with no problem.Great product.
I made a small mistake when ordering and Christian was straight on the phone and sorted it out.You dont get that on Amazon/Ebay.

I cant fault Christian good to deal with unfortunately the unit wasn't for me can't fault the customer service I might just be being fussy but not what I'm after I'm sure the problems I had will be rectified in the future with updates but I'm giving 5 stars for tge customer service and delivery
