Along with others, I have experienced an insane amount of cold calls from this company. Although ive addressed multiple times my disinterest in the service, I get called again another half dozen times the next day. My most recent call was the worst so far. I got connected to a gentleman around 3:30 pm on 4/21/26. After questioning the gentleman's data he provided, he proceeded to tell me he had five serious customers/clients on hold and didnt have time for "idiots", but still stayed on the line for twenty mins to insult myself, my partner and eventually my children. He had stated that I sounded young and did not take my business seriously because of the disinterest. Said I was a bad family man because of what time I stopped working compared to him getting done later than me and getting home in time for dinner and to kiss his kid goodnight before bed. After questioning how more time with my family somehow made me a worse family man he proceeded to ask the age of my daughter multiple times(which after stating your belief that I am young) made me very concerned. After no response to the age of my child, he proceeded to say he was going to "give it to her". What an absolute disgrace of a human and a business whether this is a scam or not. The fact that this is even remotely allowed speaks volumes of the people employed here and the people running it. Im sure like most other reviews posted there will be "no record" of this call but I do have the recording, where the gentleman explicitly says to look up this company by name/location and says these disturbing things. I dont usually post reviews but if there is a company who allows this type of disgusting behavior it should be known. DO NOT do business with this company, any company that doesnt care enough to respect potential clientele whether taking the service or not should reevaluate their practices.

I tried CMSVoice after struggling with online visibility. The setup was smooth and the concept is quite modern. I just wish the reporting dashboard had a bit more clarity.

My business was total mess. My info was on almost every smart speaker out there. CMS took the entire project off my plate. They got my business verified and synced properly. I am just glad I do not have to deal with it anymore.

These guys cold call my business constantly. This is 100% a scam. They will tell you that your company isn’t showing up on voice searches and you need to pay $220 activation and $20/mo to “register” and “stay in compliance with Apple and Google’s terms”. The most deceptive tactic I think is that they say they are contracted by, or representing Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, and Google.

Finding the right words for my ads used to take me all weekend. Since I hired these guys, I just let their software handle the heavy lifting on the keyword side. They look at what's trending and make sure my business is tied to those phrases. I don't have to sit there and study data anymore because they just send me the updates.

This company harasses me on a daily basis to sign up for their service. I keep asking them to remove me from their call lists or to escalate my concern to a manager, but they just hang up and call back later. They are 100% a scam service. The one time I pretended to be interested they transferred me to a contract dept, where I asked to speak with manager. The "manager" got on the phone and cussed at me, calling me names and telling me that I was "not their customer, just some chump". Suffice to say, I am now keeping a record of their calls and the related phone numbers. I'm hoping I can figure out where their business is registered so I can press charges. If a rep would kindly reply with the business address I would really appreciate it.

Before this, I didn't know how much keyword updates mattered. They installed a system that checks and updates my keywords daily. That means people using voice assistants are more likely to find me. I've noticed more leads coming in, and I haven't changed anything else in my marketing. For someone running things solo, it's a helpful tool that keeps working without extra time.
