Cobia has been an amazing partnership to our business. They have worked with us under very tight timescales and they have not faltered once. The team, that consists of Michael Froom, Saqib Hanif and Lauren Beckett are the best of the best. We have had very little errors and any errors that have occurred have been rectified immediately. The team are incredibly knowledgeable and are always on hand for support if needed.

I was very against outsourcing our payroll but now I have worked with Cobia, I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future or recommend them to anyone else.

I’d personally recommend Cobia to anyone who’s interested in a stress-free, easy and personal accounting service. I opted for the Exec package to offload the entirety of our accounting and bookkeeping, however, the Cobia team (and our dedicated accountant, Sam) have gone above and beyond in being available for any questions and queries I’ve had, too. From the first day I started using Cobia accounting services, their service was brilliant. Their employees are always happy over phone and ready to help. When they dedicated Mandy to be my personal support, she was spot on from day one. As I am new into having a limited company, Mandy was always more than helpful. Promptly answering emails or phone calls, she guided me through all the set up procedures and day to day navigation into software Xero, invoicing and expenses management. I would definitely recommend Cobia services to anyone out there in need of accountancy support.

I was referred to use Cobia by couple of colleagues of mine who used to use their services couple of years ago. So that clearly shows Cobia's level of professionalism is staying at high level.

Hired them as our accountants with the package to maintain all transactions and payroll. They did neither. After almost a year, we realised they have not been factoring in pension payments and only realised it when we flagged it to them. Additionally, they have not bothered to manage / log any transactions and have to date been unable to provide us with a view of VAT payments due. It has been impossible to get a suitable response from them and unfortunately they are not even regulated by the ICAEW or we would have reported them for malpractice. Would seriously warn anyone to do their due diligence before working with them - we have suffered greatly and incurred a lot of costs for their lack of ownership/responsibility. Cheap, but definitely not worth it.

Atiyya has been great helping me through the start up and all the accounting and Vat. She is very easy to get along with and offers professional and friendly guidance and answers that I can understand.
I would definitely recommend Cobia.

My account manager at Cobia lets me run my business while she tells me when I need to pay tax and when I can pay myself. Expenses and bank statements are handled through their online software. Anyone out there thinking of making the leap from employee to own business as I did should use Cobia and just get on with what you love doing!

I have been dealing with Sam for a couple of months for 2 separate limited companies and a tax investigation. It wasn't the easiest time to move accountants but I am glad I have done so.

Sam has bent over backwards to help me get all my accounts into order ( i think i nearly drove him to a nervous breakdown at times !) and provided a system to ensure the mistakes of my previous accountants dont happen with Cobia

Cobia Accounting give good advice and are good value for money. I have worked with two of their accountant and both have been very helpful. They are very responsive to email, pleasant to talk to on the phone and are always there to help.

The only downside is that I find the accounting software could be improved when you are uploading bank details with a manual import. Other than that it works well and provides all that I need with my business.

These guys are very good. I deal with Salman Gillani. He is responsive always - responding fast to email enquiries and calls. His knowledge is impressive. The company as a whole seems to be making accountancy services smoother and more seamless for small and mid-sized companies. keep up the great work. :)

Trustworthy and friendly staff, my accountant has been nothing but helpful with my contracting issues, the accounting fees are comparatively cheaper. One thing I will point out, Cobia should really improve the portal website's UX/UI, It's not very user-friendly, other than that, all good, highly recommended.

I found them to be excellent in the way they took time to talk me through each stage, has it was my first time been self employed. The setting up was made simple and if I became stuck they’re always off good advice and support when I need it.
