Cocosummer Avis 

Quality is so poor, I am trying to send them back, for a refund and not getting any response!!!! I want to complain to a regulator, just trying to find put the best next step.

I ordered a dog bathrobe after finding an advert on Facebook with lots of good reviews. After about a week I thought hold on that delivery is taking a while and did some research on the net only to find loads of very bad reviews on here which worried me. I started to think the item would never arrive and it was a scam but it has arrived today after 2 weeks and the item is exactly like advertised. I am happy with my purchase. I can't award 5 star because of the slow delivery. However, my experience wasn't as bad as I've seen on here. Maybe I was just lucky. I ordered an XL dog bathrobe for my male Rottie and it fits good

Such a shame that they are allowed to misadvertise like this, also caught by the video spent more than I ever would on a body suit and the quality is shocking. Offered £3 refund and ideas how we can get the money back?

Awful awful company! I brought the ‘shape-wear’ body suit and that is not what I’ve been sent! Complete mis-advertising. The company take you through an online system to complain that just says it’s will cost you loads of money to return so better to keep it!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Oh how I wish I had researched Coco Summer as an online business. My shopping experience was an absolute farce.
A couple of months ago I ordered several sets of swimwear. One never arrived and the others either fitted badly or were poorly made.
Despite stating on the website that I should email them about getting a refund and where to send it to, after 23 email exchanges, they refused to give me a return address in the USA (the website leads you to believe they are UK based). They told me to keep the goods as it would cost me too much to send back to the USA - they quoted £30, Royal Mail quoted £15.
They offered me a 30% refund. I was astonished.
After much battling and standing my ground, I eventually got 70% back. I will try to make up my loss by selling the swimwear that I was forced to keep, although who will want to buy them, I don't know.
I even had to tell them NOT to wish me "Have a nice day" at the end of every one of their emails as that did certainly not my correspond to my sentiments!
Please do not order anything from this website.
It is an absolute scam and joke.

A complete scam - don't use this company!
Like many other reviews on here (wish I'd read them before I ordered), I waited over a month to receive my order. When it arrived, the products were nothing like those advertised (on Facebook and their website) and of very poor quality. I contacted the company straight away and sent them photos of the items as requested. They refused to acknowledge my refund request, suggesting that I give them to a friend! After several messages they offered a refund of £5 - nowhere near the £37 I had paid. It was clear they weren't going to issue a refund so I had to report it to Paypal (so glad I paid via Paypal). After several weeks of back and forth to the company, Paypal have upheld my complaint and I am finally getting a full refund. So, if like me you fell for this company's false advertising and feel like a bit of a fool, don't give up and do take it further. They rely on people giving up or taking a partial refund. Stand your ground!

Wish I'd looked at the reviews first. I've not even received my item. So I contacted customer service, who refuse to do anything about my missing parcel, just keep trying to place the blame on others. I just want my money back. Will be reporting.

1 star is too good. I had to put one star coz they won’t allow 0. This company have sent an item fine, it was the right item, but the wrong size. Tried to return it since I received it and they offered a £5 refund on a £45 order. There customer service is non existent and I highly doubt a 100% refund will never happen. I’ve reported them to the bank as scam and the financial ombudsman so fingers crossed I get my money back.

If i could rate this shocking company with half a star it would be too much ! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ! Been 2 weeks and a a few emails and still no item or confirmation of shipping . TOTAL SCAM 100% UTTER CRAP

Where do I start! Took 8 weeks for item to come! Finally arrived and the items are awful, baggy and not shape wear at all! It’s false advertising and I shall be going through Klarna for a full refund!

Wish I read the reviews before I purchased. Purchased from an advert on Facebook. Unfortunately they are like the other false advertising on Facebook. Poor quality goods, rubbish sizes. In my case too big. Took 6 weeks to be delivered. Primark vests for £2.50 are better.
No point sending back for a partial refund. The company knows it's not worth sending back as postage is ridiculous to return halfway round the world!
Just have to cut my losses. I had an idea it was not going to be good when it took so long to arrive.
Don't buy from social sites or at least a Google search on the company. Save a lot of time and hard earned money.

Ordered 2 months ago; only discovered 3 weeks ago the item is out of stock for the foreseeable and they *still* haven't processed my refund. Avoid at all costs!!!

Would give 0 if I could. Complete shame. Do not buy from these people. They do not give refunds and quality dreadful. They need to be shut down and will be doing everything possible to make it happen

Been 7 weeks and still not received my order. Please do not buy from this site!

I bought 3 swimsuits from Cocosummer, the quality is beyond poor and they're practically see through.
Emailed for a refund authorisation on about 15 occasions, they offered me £12 (cost £71).
I raised a dispute with Barclaycard who has refunded me the cost and will chase Cocosummer for the funds.
Don't give up trying for a refund, contact your bank or credit card company who should be able to help.
The Facebook reviews for Cocosummer seemed genuine, never again will I buy from a company that advertises on FB. Cocosummer is a con, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Stay away. Product is rubbish. They won’t accept it. Tried to offer £3 or send back to china which would cost more than product.

Fake tracking info, NOT in the UK. 1 month has passed still no order for 1 body suit. Scammers!!!!!

I wish I had read reviews before buying, bought slimming bodysuits one came with marks all over it they told me to wash it. They are poorly made see through I wouldn’t wear them. When requested refund told me it would cost me to much to send back. Offer me £3 refund which refused I am still trying to get refund off !!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Debt collectors involved for an order not received.
This company would not even respond to my requests explaining the goods had not been delivered. They could not provide proof of purchase. Scam site definately.

This is a scam website. They advertise as a USA company with a UK branch, but they are really a scam website from china with substandard products. The shapewear tops advertise as 15% spandex and 85% polymer. They are actually 5% spandex and 95% polyester. They have no shapewear property. I'm disputing through paypal for a refund. They advertise under Temu, seaniem, dinburnent, jisolo, simulatei, lovefoison.... the list goes on.
