bought bodysuits which were not as described, conveniently they don't sell these on their website anymore- how funny! luckily my order was through Klarna so i WILL be getting my money back- they ignore my emails, do not respond, it is all crap!!!

Cocossummer is a rip off company. I paid a substantial amount to buy a few of their tops and only received one. The rest didn't arrive. The customer service is non existent. I emailed them over and over during a very long period of time, in which they would tell me they have sent it, that it's being re-sent, or it was stuck at the border. It never arrived.

And then after a while, they just ignored me!! I am never buying from this company again and nor should you. Also you do not get any refunds for a problem that is their fault, like never receivingthe items. . So, if I were you I would, try shien, at least they deliver your items and have some sort of customer service.

Same as the others on here. Scam website advertising products that they are unable to provide when challenged they laugh in your face by offering a £3 refund. There’s a Facebook page currently going that intends to gather as many people as possible that have been scammed by this ‘company’ and make some kind of a change. Cocossummer have been caught out so many times they have decided to sell under other false ‘company’ names. Sick of people like this thinking they can rob us.

Item not only never arrived but more was taken from my bank than advertised. Definite scam… and have gone through credit card for a refund. Just wish I’d read the reviews first.

Products poor quality and they ignore requests for refund until it's after the 15 days allowed, then say it's too late for refund. Absolute scammers

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Items do not arrive as described. I like many other people stupidly thought that these amazing body suits with a cinching band around the middle would arrive, no cinching band at all and they are so cheap and tacky. I honestly thought the company would be a bit like shein, and I know most people who buy from there get lucky and receive exactly what is described and if you don't you can return it. They won't allow you to return the item as they said there is no fault with the item and won't even admit to there not being a cinch band. I have reported them through klarna and I hope klarna does the sensible thing and removes them. I have also reported them to trading standards. They will not be receiving any further klarna payments from me.

SCAM!!!!! Got my parcel, 3 bodysuits. Absolutely rubbish quality, nothing like advertised, were not even wearable they were so see through. No slimming panel in them, cheap flimsy material. Emailed them to ask for refund and they said I got what I ordered so no return. Please do not buy from them.

Agree with all the other negative reviews.
First of all I expected the item to come from the UK, it clearly did not as it took well over a month to arrive.
The quality of the shaping bodysuits is absolutely shocking and nothing like the advertisement I was sucked into. The material is thin, see through and has no give what so ever. There is absolutely no shaping effect at all. I get a better shape in a t-shirt.
Disgraceful that they are getting away with this especially being backed by paypal and klarna!? I have no idea if I will get a refund of the £30 wasted. Really angry with myself for being fooled.

Wish I had checked reviews before ordering 1 swimsuit which took forever to arrive. The sizing was awkward across the bust area (too small) for the size of the suit, and the colour not quite what I expected from the photo. Asked for a return and they had the nerve to offer £6 of the original £33.

I ordered 3 slimming bodysuits which are completely rubbish!!! Wish I had read the reviews, total waste of money. Company refuse to accept returns saying I should gift them to a friend!
Absolute waste of money, waste of time contacting customer service, just utter rubbish.

This company is an absolute scam. Ordered 3 slimming body suits and they were massive and completely see through. I've emailed, been on Facebook messenger and on company chat with them, they are refusing to refund saying 'they are great quality and if I didn't want them I should gift them to a friend'. I've asked numerous times now for the returns address and I get no response or a stupid response which you have to wait 12 hours for.

The items took nearly two months to arrive. I bought 3 bodysuits. They are not as described, they are ill fitting and see through. I have emailed multiple times and I am being refused a refund with silly answers like ' we didn't ship the wrong item.' This company is a scam. Do not buy from them

I wish I read the reviews on this.
I have ordered slimming suits which are not only slimming but completely see through.
I asked for a refund straight away and the returns process and they are refusing to accept the return and said there’s no issue with the item.
I have been emailing them for days and also waited weeks for it to arrive

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Awful company. Took nearly 2 months to arrive and each time I emailed for an update they'd tell me to be patient. Then when it arrived, the items are cheap, not as described and don't fit properly. They refuse a return and refund and just keep telling me to 'give them to someone else'. Absolutely awful. Stay well clear of this company.

Appalling. Should have read the reviews before I ordered. After 20 emails they then stopped replying. Shame on you Cocosummer. The quality of the garments were rubbish….

Ordered 3 slimming bodysuits that looked amazing in the sales video. When arrived 3 weeks later they were see through and not fit for use. I requested a return but was offered a 2 refund from a 30 quid purchase. I have had about 15 emails saying no point in returning due to cost to me for postage to China blah blah and to give to a friend . Do not buy from this scam the quality is just as bad as the company selling them . I ha e put reviews where possible to avoid others being scammed for poor quality and customer service

Totally dishonest, this company flatly refuse returns, it’s the worst shopping experience I’ve had. Poor quality items that you are stuck with! Do not use them!

Not deserving of even 1 star!! Do not buy from this supplier and I should have checked before purchasing. Goods are NOT as advertised.

The products are not even remotely similar to what they demonstrate in their ads, and when you ask for a refund they won't honour their own refund policy.
