First class coffee and delivery.
First class coffee and delivery. I have both a Nespresso machine and a Dolce Gusto one. My recent order was for both kind of pods and Carl actually phoned me to make sure I had the two kinds of machine. You don’t often get personal service like this any more.

Delivered within 2 days! Free pods and tasty shortbread! We love these coffee pods. They are the best we have tried! Fantastic quality and excellent value. The mixed bundle offers an opportunity to try various different flavours but with the knowledge that they are all high quality.

I reported faulty pods
I reported faulty pods. Was told that replacement pods would be from the same batch and most likely have similar issues. Also asked to send unopened packs back so they could be sold on.
Even though offered full refund, I think this is poor treatment of future customers

Hello Lawrence, I personally bent over backwards to resolve the issue you described including providing a prepaid returns label and instructions for the parcel to be collected from your chosen address.
I understand that would would have preferred me to simply send you more pods which I did find curious as you were claiming they did not work in your machine.
The coffee is a fantastic quality
The coffee is a fantastic quality, great taste and much better value than the big brands. It's also great having the option of skinny milk.

The pods are very tasty. The customer service was excellent and I got a personal message from the lady who packed my parcel, and she put two packs of shortbread in with it.

Delicious Italian coffee pods
I’d been looking for Dolce Gusto sized-pods with decent coffee in them for some time so was intrigued when this company popped up in my FaceBook feed. I noted that they were a small company based in the UK so decided to give them a go, and ordered 5 or 6 items. I was pleased with how easy it was to place an order and amazed that they arrived the next day, with complimentary biscuits too! The pods appear to be imported from Italy and I was impressed by the taste - much richer than the actual Dolce Gusto pods. I will definitely be using them again.
