DO NOT ORDER ITS A SCAM!!

Paid for coffee syrup, got no confirmation, no correspondence whatsoever and not replying to emails.

I have not received my order, I have emailed and sent enquiry on the website and have not heard back.

I never received any confirmation via email of my order being placed despite them taking the money from my bank. I then emailed them and received no reply. I never received my order. Do not purchase anything from them!!!!!!!

I could possibly give a better review if I had actually received my order from 11th September . After a few emails sent to company to which I have had no reply is why I am leaving this so called review

Item not arrived, never received a dispatch email and also no correspondence from company. AVOID!

Eight boxes were out of date some dated 2024

Ordered on 7th July 2026 & paid for express delivery - finally delivered 19th July 2 years out of date items! Chased numerous times no response. AVOID at all costs - they are scamming people.

Arrived in perfect condition and within the time-frame given. Thanks.

Absolutely rubbish , very poor on delivery

*Edit - order received nearly 2 weeks after placing it with several boxes missing from my order. I have truly never experienced such rude, unprofessional customer service in my life. Staff are really in need of some extra training on how to speak to customers. I'm still in disbelief from the sheer audacity and vile tone of their customer service team.
Placed an order a week ago and had no confirmation email of the order. Their website states that if ordered before a certain time, it'll be dispatched the same day. I ordered well within this cut off time and thought it was weird I hadn't had an email from a courier yet. Sent them an email which they didn't reply to. 2 days later sent the email again and got an incredibly rude, unprofessional email from a customer service advisor Evie. She said she would check with the dispatch centre and get back to me, which she never did. I've sent another 2 emails today with no response and still no delivery. It seems like some sort of scam. The usual website I order from takes a long time to deliver from but they have a wider range of choice so I'll use them again from now on. Incredibly poor.

I think this company is buying reviews. I wanted to give zero starts , is not allowed you to vie even one . You need to give them two stars . Well I place my order 10 days later nothing. I emailed still nothing. So please be aware of those scammers ! Not recommended to anyone!!!!! Avoid ❌❌❌❌

I placed an order on 16 January 2026, the money was taken from my bank immediately but I still haven't received the order two months later. I have chased by email twice but not received a reply and I have tried telephoning the number on the website but it comes up as an incorrect number. What a shambles. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone trying to us this company

Sadly I didn’t read the reviews before placing my order. I too have had a bad experience with this company. My order never arrived and I’m now fighting for my refund. Therefore I cannot recommend buying from them!

Wrong order sent. I ordered and paid for 2 boxes costa flat white coffee pods and only received 10 which were also out of date.
Tried to contact the company via email but there was no reply

My coffee has not arrived. The phone number does not work. They do not reply to emails!

I still don't have them and I have emailed several times to ask where they are. No one has replied.
This is just plain rude!
Where are my pods that are bought and paid for??
