Unfortunately your order was lost by Evri our couriers. It contained end of line products - Mint Poppets Hot Chocolate. We have managed to source a few of these since then although they are out of date. We fully refunded your order and emailed you to offer you the out of date pods, to which there was no reply.
Happy with my purchase.
I had been looking for along time for the coffee pods I purchased, as they have been discontinued. Happy to be able to purchase them.

Appalling Service
I placed an order on 30 Jan 25 after a 5 working-day delivery was advertised.
On 08 Feb I emailed to enquire about my expected delivery date - no response.
On 11 Feb I discovered the new website and so forwarded my original email with further comments. I received a response from Nick on the same day, informing me that my ordered pods were unavailable but he could send Puro Arabica the same day or issue a refund. I responded immediately, saying I would accept the replacement.
On 22 Feb, having NOT received my pods, I requested a full refund.
Now 18 April and I have NOT received my pods, my refund nor any contact.
I have just sent another email requesting a refund.
Let's see what happens.

Placed my order on 7/3/25 payment left my. And on 10/3/25 still not received my order and on the website still showing as processing . I have e-mailed but they keep bouncing back & left messages through messenger on their facebook page but absolutely no response. I am now almost £20 down & can’t get any response from this company . If I could give zero stars I would

The price was the best I could see…
The price was the best I could see however they quoted 3 to 5 working days but they arrived after 11 working days which isn't really an issue for me just that on the morning I received the goods the website was still saying the order was being processed so if the status had have been accurate I'd have waited patiently however as I had no accurate visibility of the order status I mailed to say I believed I'd been scammed. Now goods have arrived I would use again but it appears that late delivery seems to be a key response on the reviews so maybe adjust the expected delivery.

I ordered a week ago and haven't recieved my pods. Says that my order is still pending. I have sent emails and haven't had a response. Won't be ordering again. Quicker to go to my local store.

Selling short date products at full price
We ordered 100 pods and were sent 25 with less than 10 days date. We paid full price for the item and we were not notified anywhere that they will be short dated. One of the pods actually had October 2024 date!!
