Its been over a month and I still have not received the earrings I ordered.

Absolutely disgraceful thank god my bank got me a refund I had to email confirmation no correspondence emailed over the wee to be com ignorance so please don’t use this site I was lucky I got my money back through my bank

I wanted to return the topper from them and I was offered half of the money back
This is after weeks of trying to reach them
They only answered after I went and made a claim at PayPal
They asked me to close the complaint and now I don't get any response

I think this company is a scam be very careful. I’ve ordered what I thought was a luxury bed topper - it has not been delivered, I’ve tried calling but the number is invalid and all if my emails have been ignored!!!!

I reviewed last week as hadn't received order, but today it arrived and I am happy with product quality. Thank you.

what a load of rubbish this was, need to return it, telephone number is false, and so is their email address, please do not make the same mistake i have, use a well known company.

Absolute shambles - received the product but no longer needed it - unopened asked for refund given the runaround - offered 30%refund and keep the product DONT buy from this seller

Very poor quality product. They offered a 30% refund if I kept the item but never refunded me or responded to emails.

This company is not based in UK as website suggests. Does not do free returns you have to pay to return to China. Telephone number does not exist. I purchased a cushion for sciatica, quality really poor. Lots of emails requesting postal return label, they say their system will not allow this. Reviews on website are false if you look at the photos next to their comments. I really regret wasting £39.99.

Terrible company. They will take your money but then seem to disappear.

After reading the reviews on Coleex it was to late to cancel my order as the reviews were terrible my mind was made up that I would not receive the goods or that the quality would be poor but after just over a week I received the mattress topper and was delighted at the quality and comfort

I worried that seeing some feedback that the goose down mattress topper we ordered would be inferior, and the comments about trying to return items also had me very wary. However, after a week of trying to cancel then track the order to no avail, although I was being reassured by themselves it was on its way, it did arrive. And we've had the best week of sleep since! It is quality and extremely comfortable. Very happy shoppers and will purchase from here again.

Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a mattress topper and no longer need it. Return it and I am still waiting on a refund months later. Have emailed them several times and all they do is string you along before stop replying to emails. Very dishonest company.

the company says it does returns, BUT if you open the package to look at it RETURN INVALID, the company says you have a 30 day period to test it, and offer refund if you are not happy BUT, if you have opened the package,RETURN INVALID, the Company advertisers PAY PAL, But it wont let you use it !!! For Flips Sake STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEAP SCAM< YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MOMEY

Horrible experience. Don’t fall for their scam. I ordered 2 pillows but I had to return them because of their inferior quality. The whole return process took over 2 months and even after sending off the products back to them they never issued my refund. I chased them up more than once and I have simply been ignored. Legal action will follow.

Please DO NOT USE this crooked company.Ordered a mattress topper. Tried to cancel within 2 hours of ordering but was told the order was already shipped. Contacted my bank and was given a temporary repayment. Weeks later still no delivery.
Total scam scam.

Ordered goose feather and down pillows last Wednesday, arrived today Saturday 12th October.

They look nice and deserve new pillow cases.

Sadly,I hadn't read this before.placing an order,and needless to say, it never arrived,but I've been charged. I too have reported it and hopefully between us we can stop these disgraceful people ripping the public off. How do they sleep at night?
