Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company. I made the mistake of trusting their 30 day return guarantee. I would only get a refund if returned ( to China at my expense ) if the cushion was returned in the original packaging. As the cushion arrived in vacuum packed plastic that would have been impossible. They offered me a 35% refund in the end which I did eventually receive after many emails. Now left with a useless cushion.

Wish I had seen the below rating first, ordered a seat paid for first class Royal Mail, one week later told it’s dispatched, one email saying it will arrive in a few days then another saying over a month away, asked to cancel wouldn’t not have ordered it on this basis, basically told can’t do anything about it, do not order from them, I doubt now that it will turn up and think it’s a scam site

DO NOT EVER buy anything on this site. Typical scam. If you want to return item, they offer you 50% discount and Keep crap goods.
It is taking me weeks to resolve my credit. Honestly never use them and I highly recommend to check any company before ever purchasing something. They are all a bunch of scammers. Flipping crazy.

Chinese scam company

I placed an order and received a confirmation on the same day saying my order was being processed. The money was taken from my bank the next day. 3 working days later I noticed that I had not received any further updates on my order or delivery status so I decided to send 3-4 messages using their contact us page on their website to find out why my order was still processing. I then looked them up online and found some bad reviews by others experiencing similar problems and that they had a high scam rating. After getting no reply all day, I emailed them before I went to bed explaining the situation and that I wasn't happy and was starting to become anxious. I explained that I suspected them of being a scam site and that i would like a full refund and would be reporting them to my bank if I didn't receive a reply by the morning.

I then received an email the next day stating that if I think they are a scam company to report it to them so they can let their higher team know so they can process a full refund and then i keep the items once I receive them.

I eventually received a tracking code and a link to a website which showed my items were in China. I explained that no where does it state items were coming from China, and if I had known this i would never have placed an order. This made me distrust them even more and continue asking for a full refund.

They tried to tell me I would have to wait for the items to arrive and then return them before I could receive a full refund, but they eventually offered me half a refund and that i could keep the items once I received them. They then accused me of trying to scam them, and i eventually started to panic and agree to this half a refund offer. I then received no reply the next day, but the day after woke up to a full refund in my bank before the items had even left China, let alone been returned. This is not anywhere in their refunds policy.

I emailed them again and asked them why they had fully refunded me and they told me, 'Please do not contact us ever again, our legal team are reviewing you case right now. We don't love to deal with scammers like you.' Eventually the final reason was, 'The reason why we refunded you is customers like you end up scamming us so its better just to refund you as you requested'.

I have eventually received poor quality items with no return labels. They have told me they will refund me for the shipping costs, but they don't even stick to their own refund policies so how am i supposed to trust anything they say. I can not afford to send 2 separate items to China.

They have now told me that they will easily get the money back from my bank and not to message them again, so i am now just waiting with anxiety to see if £69 disappears from my bank.

This whole experience has been dreadful and i strongly advise anyone against ordering from this company.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I have purchased a mattress topper from this company. It is very poor quality and has been cheaply made. The size is wrong and the depth says 10cm and is smaller than 5cm. It's flat and uncomfortable. I am very disappointed with the product. I called to try and return it and the phone went dead. The company don't send return labels probably because of their dodgy cheap products. Therefore, I had to email to try and get a return label. 15 emails later and this stupid woman (Maria) keeps on messaging me saying I will have to contact the delivery company and why do you want to return it and seems very odd we've never had this problem before. She keeps on sending me stupid messages like that and won't let me return the product. The product was £55 and I am very disappointed that it was wasted. It clearly states a 30day return period on the website yet they won't let me return it.
Don't buy from this company!!!!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I purchased a mattress topper - totally different to what they are advertising. Cheaply made, Flat and complete waste of money. I opened the plastic to have a look as it stated on their website that they offer 30 day money back return. However, their phone number just keeps going dead and they have not replied to my request to return. Hopefully this will help others possibly looking to purchase from them.
